The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dobutsuen-mae Subway Station, and there's a convenience store nearby, so I had no trouble finding something to eat. I was a little worried about the area, but the quiet environment allowed me to relax and unwind. I was surprised to find a bathtub included for this price range, and just as the reviews said, the front desk staff were very kind, making for a truly heartwarming stay. They were also happy to lend me a kettle, which was very helpful.

First hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,

The room was very small, but as a solo traveller you only need a bed and toilet. They have a kitchen area for if you are bringing any kombini foods back to the hotel which was useful. The staff was very friendly when checking in and I was able to use their coin locker after check out. The location of the hotel is the best part, walking distance to central and there is a metro station right around the corner.

Everything felt great! There were a lot of international travelers around, I assume. I stumbled into a street full of Izakayas while looking for a place to eat – it was quite novel. I might not have adapted well to that street in an unfamiliar environment, but overall, it was excellent! It's very close to Dobutsuen-mae Station, the room was clean, and there was enough space for luggage. Just a heads up, there's no comb, so remember to bring your own.

The room is small but enough for one person. The surrounding transportation is convenient. The soundproofing is average; once I could hear snoring from the next room at night. The Wi-Fi signal is unstable. Housekeeping is provided once for a four-day continuous stay.
