## Environment:
The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station, right on the street. It's quite convenient for visiting various attractions in Yokohama.

## Service:
Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff could communicate in English.

## Hygiene:
Personally, I felt the room carpet looked a bit dirty. It wasn't just the color scheme; there were some noticeable stains on it.

## Facilities:
The hotel exterior still looks quite new. On the second floor, there's a laundry room, complimentary soft drinks, and a public lounge area.

The room was a bit small, but it was very clean. The hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to the port, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown.

Top notch hotel with great hospitality, location near the train station, perfect for sightseers. The room was clean, though slightly small. The front desk staff was very attentive. Common place is great area to chill & the buffet breakfast is yummy & variety of choices!

Hotel Resol Yokohama was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, close to public transport and many attractions in Yokohama. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall experience felt smooth and hassle-free. A great choice for both short and longer stays.

This hotel offers great value for money in the city center. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and although they didn't clean the room daily, they still delivered fresh toiletries and bottled water. It's my first time in Japan experiencing complimentary mineral water at such an affordable price. The room was also very spacious. I'm extremely satisfied.

I really love this hotel. It’s such a charming place. The exterior design is unlike typical hotels — the building is covered with greenery, which makes the atmosphere feel very refreshing. The interior décor, furniture and props are all colorful and adorable, making every corner perfect for taking photos. Even the guest rooms are decorated with bright, cheerful colors. The in room amenities are fully provided.

However, it might not be suitable for guests who drive, as I didn’t see any parking spaces available.

The service attitude at Japanese hotels is always excellent. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed. Housekeeping was every four days, but fresh towels and new garbage bags were provided daily, which was perfect for a business trip. The location is great, close to Sakuragicho and within walking distance of Nippon Maru. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs, making it super convenient.
