The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, everything is great. The only small downside is that the bed is a bit firm. I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. Whether I arrive on a late-night flight or have an early flight, the staff always take good care of me.

Facilities: There are hot and cold water dispensers by every elevator, so you can easily refill your water bottle, which is also very environmentally friendly.

Environment: The front desk area offers complimentary tea bags and coffee for self-service. The lobby is quite spacious, and they provide free luggage storage after check-out.

Service: Self check-in and check-out is available with multi-language options on the machines. It seems many hotels in Japan are now offering this service. The hotel staff were also very helpful and answered all our questions.

Location: It's about a 6-7 minute walk from Yokohama Station. Compared to hotels within the Tokyo area, the rooms here are significantly larger. If you're planning trips to Kamakura, Fuji, or Atami, I think this Yokohama hotel makes for an excellent hub.

My only minor complaint would be the longer-than-average wait times for the elevators.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The location is excellent, with the Yokohama Station Northwest Exit, the closest station entrance, just about 300 meters away. From Yokohama Station, it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere, with a vast network of lines and even direct airport buses, truly meeting all our travel needs. There are several restaurants on the second floor of the hotel, and our favorite was Torikizoku. There's also a drugstore on the first floor. Both check-in and check-out can be done at self-service machines, which is very convenient. At the front desk, you can pick up toiletries, coffee, herbal tea, and more as needed. What's particularly thoughtful is that they offer two brands for bath amenities: Pola and Sekkisei.

Location: Very close to Yokohama Station, making it super convenient to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you have lots of dining and shopping options.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Facilities: The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom's three main components (toilet, sink, shower) each had their own separate space.
Service: The breakfast was pretty good, especially the shumai and curry rice which were delicious.

The room was bigger than I expected, clean, and the self check-in/check-out was super convenient. There's a convenience store and a pharmacy downstairs. It's not far from Yokohama Station, though it took a little searching to find at first.

Excellent! The location is great and the soundproofing in the rooms is very good. I accidentally lost my luggage tag when checking my bags, but they didn't charge me. Toiletries are provided, and there's free water available by the elevator, as well as a microwave. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yokohama. The only downside is that there are only two elevators, so you might have to wait during peak hours.

This hotel has a wonderfully atmospheric design. The staff are all very friendly and communication in English is easy. The rooms have a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and it's very quiet at night, allowing for a good sleep. There's plenty of space to open up luggage without any hassle. Downstairs, there's a very legitimate pharmacy and general store that even has a doctor for prescriptions. It's definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again. The hotel's elegant decor was captured in a video, but unfortunately, I couldn't upload it as an image.

This hotel is really great! I especially liked that the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff speak English, and check-in and check-out are self-service using machines. There are also P**LA skincare products available every day at the front desk. The 21-square-meter room isn't small, and I could easily open my 28-inch suitcase. It's very close to the North-West Exit of Yokohama Station, and there's a FamilyMart and a pharmacy downstairs. It's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yokohama.
