Absolutely loved this hotel, it was really accessible and close to all places, has a superb view of the Yokohama skyline and the room is really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and couples!

This was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. We stayed for five nights and explored all of Yokohama and the surrounding areas. The room was spacious, the bed was large, the facilities were very new, and everything was impeccably clean. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks, plus many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, but there's a mall right next door which is super handy. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the CupNoodles Museum from here. The staff were really friendly too. Definitely recommend!

The hotel looks very new and has a nice exterior.
Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Environment: You can see the sea.
Service: Decent, better than before.
It's odd though, there are parking spaces right outside, but guests aren't allowed to park there.

The hotel rooms are huge and spacious, very clean and beautiful. I love the free drink provided at the minibar which is plus point for us. The bathtub separated from the shower area is a smart idea and i really like size of the bathroom. The mattress is not so soft but it is acceptable for me, I like the pillows and the comforter provided, the are nice. I l love the port view especially but if there is a balcony that will be ideal but luckily we can open the windows and that is wonderful.

The hotel is located near the Red Brick Warehouse, a bit of a distance from both the JR and subway stations, so the location isn't super convenient. However, there's a sightseeing bus stop right outside, so it's not too out of the way. The surrounding area is very pleasant for a stroll. The room was very spacious, and the hotel is well-maintained, much newer and better kept than many hotels in Tokyo. The mini-bar offered a good selection of complimentary drinks (excluding alcoholic ones). I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food, but overall, from service and cleanliness to room facilities, it truly lives up to the standards of a five-star hotel.

The room was spacious and didn't feel like a hotel built in 2019; everything still looked very new. All items in the minibar were complimentary, except for the alcoholic beverages. Hotels in Yokohama offer much better value for money compared to Tokyo. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and a semi-buffet. I ordered the beef with a soft-boiled egg, which was absolutely delicious. However, it's more suited for those with a small appetite, as it definitely wasn't enough to fill me up, haha. The buffet selection was quite mediocre.
The downside is that it's quite a walk to the subway station, about 9-10 minutes.
