The breakfast is a bit pricy if not included in the room cost. Also, no public bath which is common in Japanese hotels. Otherwise, everything was great

I always stay at Spring Hotel for my business trips because it's so close to Makuhari Messe. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby.

The room was spotless, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. I unexpectedly started my period, and the Trip.com agent helped me communicate with the hotel to quickly resolve the issue, which was incredibly thoughtful!

The food in the fridge from previous customers wasn’t taken out so we had to take it out by ourselves. Other than that the room was clean and rather spacious for two people.

The location is super convenient, just about a five-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel lobby is really grand and gilded! The room size is decent, and the panoramic elevators offer great night views. Nearby, you'll find an outlet mall, Aeon, McDonald's, and convenience stores. There don't seem to be many drugstores around, but they do offer luggage storage.

Great stay. Sfaff kind, even though could not communicate fluently in English. Only downside was smell of cigarette smoke sometimes through the ventilation system.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway station, just about a 3-minute walk. On the way to the station, you'll find a 7-Eleven and several dining options, with a Jusco supermarket also nearby. This makes it incredibly convenient. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus available right at the hotel entrance. A one-way ticket to Haneda costs 1300 JPY, and to Narita is 1200 JPY. You just need to wait by the hotel entrance, and the bus is always punctual. My only minor complaint is that the room size felt quite small, which was a bit inconvenient. However, considering the price, staying at a hotel with these amenities is already excellent value. They even provide a microwave, ice machine, and laundry facilities.

While the overall facilities are a bit dated, it offers excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised to get a room with a balcony in Japan for the first time, and the view was fantastic. A definite advantage of an older hotel like this is its outstanding service. I purchased breakfast vouchers separately, and it was quite good, with all ingredients being locally sourced. Plus, it's conveniently located quite close to Mitsui, easily reachable on foot.
