Lots of food and shopping in the area. Visited 1 of the Onsens during stay and it was relaxing. I would stay again except be careful when booking rooms and not do the rookie mistake of not double checking smoking/non smoking listed on the reservation. They will not change your room type. Everything is digital here.

A huge hotel located amidst factory outlets, a shopping mall, and even Costco. It features multiple public baths and offers a direct airport transfer service.

Really liked it VERY convenient as they have a bus straight to the hotel itself, and going back to NRT airpor. Only ick I have is the hour commute back and forth if you want to go to Tokyo and explore it's regions but overall I really liked my stay
Accomodation of the room is very nice have your own personalized bathtub and the bed was very comfortable I was able to sleep peacefully.
The cafe at the main lobby really helped in terms of eating breakfast and the two Lawson's downstairs are really great!
The washing machine also was good and you can check the status and availability of said machines In your hotel TV!

The hotel is located at a very convenient place and most stuffs are accessible from the hotel. Not bad, will come again.

Huge room for one person! The room was very clean with well stocked amenities. I had a great view of Tokyo bay. Picked this hotel because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe.

There is Lawson (convenience store) inside the hotel which was very convenient to the customer. Mitsui outlet also near and walking distance from hotel. However, if you have luggage with you its quite tiring to walk to the hotel from train station but reachable by walking. The check in process was quite slow and complicated as it was not enough staff to assist during online check in on site. The hotel also provide paid bus shuttle to Narita Airport that cost ¥1200. Overall, still a good stay.

The abundance of facilities nearby means the area gets very crowded, leading to incredibly long waits for the elevator. That being said, I don't think it would significantly inconvenience your daily routine.
