Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay in Tokyo

Great location close to Disneyland and walking distance to several stores. Bus straight at doorstep with connection to station. We loved our stay here and hopefully will get a chance to come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.
The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels.
The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs.
The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning.
Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice.

Everything was good during the 3days of stay with my
Family, but it was difficult to communicate with the front desk staff when I was having an issue with my laundry. There was a shoes placed inside the washing machine together with my washed clothes. I find it rude/disrespectful that experienced I had with another tourist. I would suggest a staff should be monitoring guess as well doing laundry time and put a sign not to wash their shoes in the washing machine.  Please put a sign or designate a washer for shoes only.

One of the best hotel near in disney tokyo🤗their buffet is good with chocolate fountain for the kids as well. Plus free shuttle bus to disney. You must try here

It was okay. Although it's a bit far from both the JR station and Disneyland, and the bus schedule wasn't clearly posted, the breakfast was pretty good, which made up for it.

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!

Clean and nice room. There is shuttle bus to disneyland from the hotel.

Got free shuttle bus to Disney. But the laundry dryer is too weak my clothes cannot dry after 1hr. Not recommend to use their coin laundry. Compare to price staying here is cheaper than in Disney. Good thing is beside their hotel got airport limo bus stop. Which is convienence.
