Facilities: The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland from the first floor, which is super convenient. On the second floor, there are complimentary candies and snacks, a cotton candy machine, and free beer, drinks, and slushies. They also provide Indonesian hair capsules, which are really effective. You don't even need to bring your own skincare and makeup remover as the hotel has them all.
Environment: There's a mall right across the pedestrian bridge, making dining very easy. Plus, there's a supermarket for snacks.
Service: Check-in on the second floor took a long time due to queues, but check-out was a breeze. There's a box where you can just drop your room card.

We had a family of four (with young kids) and the room we booked was Fantastic! Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and shower was nice and warm.
The hotel was in the perfect location for us to start our trip to Japan. We could take a direct shuttle from Narita, they also have a complimentary shuttle to Disney and its easy to access the subway line (especially getting to Tokyo Station). There's a 24.hour Lawson's that is very well stocked and a shopping plaza across the street for anything that you need.
Would definitely recommend!

Very small room for 3 adults. Very dusty on bedsheet and carpet. Ended up skin problem on legs.

The location is very convenient. It is just a short walk from the shin uruyasu station. The shuttle buses to both Disneyland and Disneysea are very frequent.
They have a welcome lounge for the hotel guests. For drinks(soft drink and beer), small snacks, candy bar, cotton candy machine, pancake machine)

Satisfied with the room however breakfast can be improved. Very convenient location with free shuttle bus to disneyland and sea.
