Yokohama, 3-4 Shin Yokohama, Kohoku-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Room was small but enough for 2pax to just back in the room to rest for the night and head out the entire day. 2 Big luggage might be a slight challenge to open and pack in the room, but still ok if only 1 big luggage. Near by has quite alot of food and near to both Shinkansen and metro station.
The hotel lobby has a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. There's also a mall downstairs, and you can walk through it to get to the train station easily. The Ramen Museum is only a 10-minute walk away, and tickets are 450 JPY per person. However, the room's heating is still centrally controlled and can't be adjusted; it didn't feel warm at all. The windows are sealed...
The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the high floor offered great views. There's a mall and supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping, and the subway station is just a three-minute walk away.
The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back
I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. The hotel breakfast is consistently high-quality, and the night view is beautiful~
The room was great, especially having a washing machine. The view from the window was also nice, and the observation deck outside the 20th-floor front desk was particularly beautiful. The transportation was also very convenient. Hope to see you again next time.
Yokohama, 1-1-1 Minatomirai, Nishi-Ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Enjoyable stay with no real issues. The rooms were tastefully decorated and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient parking and a pleasant lobby. Happy with our choice.
This hotel is an iconic landmark in Yokohama Port, but it's quite old, so the room facilities are dated, and the cleanliness was disappointing. I even found a clump of false eyelashes on my bath towel that weren't mine...
The hotel is also a bit of a walk from public transportation, so if you're planning on doing a lot of shopping or need to frequently transfer between different modes of transport...
This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent...
The room is quite spacious, and the Yokohama night view from the window is beautiful. The breakfast selection is decent.
Directly from the airport, but a bit far from the station. The upside is the nice view, and it's very close to Marks shopping center – you can just cut through it to get there.
View: The room offers a fantastic view, the lake-view room on the 19th floor provides a spacious and comfortable panorama.
Parking: Free! Just navigate to the hotel and drive into the large parking lot you'll see (we circled three times, but the signs are actually very clear). After getting your parking ticket, check in and register it at the front desk. You can then enter and exit as many times as...
Yokohama, 1-101-1 Sakuragi-cho, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is very close to Sakuragicho Station, Yokohama Air Cabin, and Minato Mirai.
The room at the end of the hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji.
It's also quick to get to other Kanagawa cities like Kamakura and Zushi.
The hotel is fairly clean, just a bit small, but you can't expect too much from a standard business hotel.
There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient...
The room was a bit small, but the environment was great, offering direct views of Yokohama's nightscape. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also plentiful. Highly recommend booking with breakfast!
This hotel's location is truly ideal. We were lucky to get a room on a higher floor with a great view, which was beautiful in the distance. The breakfast in the morning was extensive. You can also decide to buy breakfast vouchers upon arrival if you see something you like.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay because it's near the attractions within the city. I recommend the place if you want to explore Yokohama. The staff are nice and very accommodating.
We stayed for 1 night when travelling to Yokohama. Excellent location right next to JR station and many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Our room is spacious for a family of 4 and even has a nice view overlooking the cosmo21. Easy and quick check-in/out process. Would love to stay longer next time. Highly recommended to everyone.
The location is super convenient, right across from Yokohama Sakuragicho JR Station. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The room with a view faces Yokohama Port directly, and the night view is stunning! The breakfast is rich and even includes sashimi, definitely a cut above the room itself.
Yokohama, 2-3-7 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
such a convenient and comfortable stay, and everything is great here with helpful staf
The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel lobby. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, and it's a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the seaside. There's also a Ferris wheel and an amusement park right next door.
Easy access to everywhere. Hotel connected to the Mall. Room very spacious and have balcony so i can do my stretching every mornings. Close by Yokohama Cosmo World. Cup Noddles Museum just 5-8 mins walk.
Super luxurious and incredibly spacious, definitely the biggest hotel I've stayed in Japan! I was absolutely amazed! The view was fantastic, right overlooking the Ferris wheel 🎡. I'll definitely be back! So satisfied! 👍
We really enjoyed our stay in Yokohama. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a convenient location. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel is a bit old, but I was really drawn to it because of the balcony. The location is great, directly connected to Queen's Square, so dining and entertainment are very convenient. The Ferris wheel is right opposite the hotel, and the instant noodle museum is within walking distance.
Yokohama, 1-3-23 Kitasaiwai (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping.
Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining
Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.
Overall, the service was great, and the location is super convenient – definitely worth staying here! The breakfast selection, while not as extensive as in China, was still very good. Highly recommended!
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Plus, the location is super convenient. I'd definitely come back again.
The hygiene was good, and the location was very convenient, with easy subway access to Tokyo. The trade-off is that there's a lot of foot traffic nearby and many exits, so it takes a bit of getting used to when you first arrive. Overall, I recommend it.
This is a great, old-school hotel. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, really washes away the day's fatigue.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! The subway takes you directly into the hotel and the mall, making shopping a breeze. Getting to Yokohama Station is super easy with all the connections. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

It's such a beautiful and lovely hotel 🌺. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The value for money at this hotel is incredible ❣️. Why do I say that? Because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and proximity to the station. It's especially convenient for getting to Chinatown, Motomachi, and other areas. It's also very quiet at night, and the surroundings are beautiful 😋. Since it's an American...
I initially wanted to stay in Minatomirai, but really didn't want an old room, so I chose the Hyatt – and I'm so glad I did! The service was super nice, as expected from Japanese hospitality. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the airport shuttle stop at Yamashita Park is also nearby. It's really convenient for visiting attractions like Chinatown, Yamashita Park, Red Brick...
The hotel's location is great, very close to the port and Chinatown. The staff are polite and enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is also good.
The hotel service was excellent, and the location is great. However, parking in the underground garage for a rental car costs 2000 per day.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's a mere 5-minute walk from the MM line subway station, and after crossing just two streets, you're in Chinatown. The waterfront is also only a 5-minute stroll away. The room, though under 30 square meters, is considered spacious for Japan, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. My room service calls were answered within minutes each time...
The hotel was excellent! We didn't have breakfast, but the environment was great and the price was quite reasonable. The best part was that the beds could be put together. It was truly wonderful. My child loved it...
Excellent location, right by the JR station with several shopping malls, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and a pedestrian street nearby. It's also very close to the Keikyu Line subway. Travel to Kamakura takes only half an hour by JR, and Shibuya is 40 minutes away. Great value for money, highly recommend! 👍
Clean and quite and nice environment
The room was very clean and larger than other hotels nearby. The bathroom was also spacious. It's super close to the train station and a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. They clean the room daily. Highly recommend!
Close to train station. Friendly and helpful front staff. High quality breakfast.
This hotel is a 15-minute walk from Keikyu Airport Line (when heading to the airport) and a 5-minute walk from the subway station (which goes to central Tokyo). If you're going to Tokyo, you can use the connecting walkway directly from the second floor without going outside. However, if you're going to the airport, it's about a 15-minute walk to JR Kawasaki Station. The hotel is clean, and the second...
The room is quite spacious, and the location is excellent. It's very close to the subway, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

Great location, right next to the entrance of Chinatown, perfect for a Yokohama city walk from south to north. The MM Line and JR/JH lines are just a few minutes' walk away. The room was clean and quiet, and noticeably more spacious with a larger bed than the same room type at the Daiwa in Kumamoto. Plus, it turns out this was a filming location for a Japanese drama (no wonder it looked so familiar...
The location is great, close to Yokohama Stadium and Chinatown, and feels very safe. The facilities are complete, and there are many convenience stores nearby. The service is excellent; the staff are polite and always willing to help. The environment is nice, very bright, and modern. The cleanliness is also very good.
A very clean hotel room and spacious too!
I was able to mirror my iPad to the tv too which is useful!
The hotel's location is a bit far from Yokohama Station, but it's close to Chinatown and Yamashita Park. It would be perfect if it were closer to a subway or train station. Overall, it's pretty good!
The hotel's location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around. It's really close to the Yokohama International Cruise Terminal, and just a 10-minute walk to Yamashita Park and Chinatown. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All in all, it offers excellent value for money. Even...
The cleanliness needs to be improved. The yukata provided by the hotel has many hairs left on the clothes, which looks like the one left by the previous person. It‘s not just washed and changed! The same to the bedsheets .. hairs were seen ! It’s just disgusting
Th location is closed to Chinatown within walking distance. Easily accessible to and from major attractions.

This is a perfect central spot in Yokohama. Amazing place for any kind of trip, whether it's a couple's getaway, friend's escape, or business trip. Amazing views from the hotel with lots of restaurant options nearby, theme park, mall, and 3 minute walk from the train station. Amazing customer service with 24/7 response time. The -0.3 is subtracted because of the nuisance of having amenities scattered...
This hotel is almost perfect I would said, it is highly recommended. However, the only flaws of this hotel is the houseseeping service. Most of them are foreigner Nepalese, they will show long face and unhappy if you request to clean up the room after 1pm, it was so annoying too since we can't stay in hotel room and force to leave the room. Other than this flaws, this hotel is super amazing and location...
I’m stay for 2 nights at city side room, The location was really convenient train station and landmark at Naka ward, Yokohama city. Convenient and Department store under the hotel, good service, amenties, breakfast, free water and ice. Next time you(me) want to Yokohama should stay here.
Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well.
They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient
The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century...
The location and view is best of the best in Yokohama area. However, The room is tiny and restricted.

A hotel with a very old-money feel, a historical and cultural heritage site, with a development history similar to the Peace Hotel in Shanghai.
Nice view from room. Easy to go around. Nice and helpful front desk.
The room is spacious and nice. Wanted to extend two more nights but the cost has increased and need to change rooms.
原文: I learned about the Yokohama New Grand Hotel from the show "Lunch in a Famous Building". This time I gave up Tokyo and stayed in Yokohama for a trip to Japan. The hotel is cost-effective. It is worth noting that hotels in Yokohama are much more expensive on Saturdays. The hotel is in a very advantageous location. There is a bus stop at the door that goes to Haneda Airport, and from Haneda you can...
This hotel is so beautiful, a combination of modern and modern. The breakfast view is as beautiful as a painting. Entering from another door is a historical site. It is a hotel where MacArthur and Chaplin once stayed. It is full of historical sense and very photogenic. I hope to stay a few more days next time.
The location is excellent, the view is first-class, there are waiters to help carry luggage into the room and explain the facilities in the room. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving tourists, but there is an additional charge.
Yokohama, Naka-ku Yamashita 254 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is incredibly convenient, right next to JR Sakuragicho Station. Self-check-in was a breeze, and the lobby offers complimentary amenities like disposable towels, bath salts, and facial masks. Breakfast on the first floor was excellent, and there's even a train museum there.
Very satisfied with the service, and the transportation nearby is very convenient.
A wonderful stay! My friends and I each booked a "Superior Single Room" for our trip, and I found the room size just right for one person. My favorite part was the bathtub—it has built-in steps, which made soaking very comfortable and convenient. The room was clean overall, and the front desk staff were professional. The only downside is that the price was a bit high. It would be perfect if it were...
Good Value, Repeat Stay in Yokohama
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I’ll definitely book again when I visit Yokohama. The rooms are super clean and tidy, with good‑quality toiletries that cover everything you need. Staff respond quickly, smartly, and are very helpful. The cozy lobby offers hot coffee, tea, and chocolate 24 hours, making it a welcoming space any time of day. Location...
Convenient transportation and clean rooms.
Location: Super convenient, right outside the JR station, just one stop away from the major hub, Yokohama Station.
Surroundings: There's a supermarket right downstairs from the hotel, and within walking distance, you'll find drugstores, large shopping malls, and a cable car station. Plus, there are tons of great food options.
Room: Quite spacious and even has a bathtub. On the 3rd floor, you'll find...

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.🩷😍
The location is fantastic! The hotel's shuttle bus runs hourly to and from Kawasaki Station and Haneda Airport, which is incredibly convenient. The room itself has an industrial style and is quite spacious, with everything you need. I'll definitely stay here again next time I use Haneda Airport. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
Very good breakfast. Pleasant quiet relaxing surrounding . Efficient Free Shuttle service to and from Haneda airport and also to Kawasaki city. Interior is a little outdated. Bedroom is clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood. Eco friendly hotel.
I flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with...
Although we only stayed there to catch a flight next day, the hotel is really cool and clean. I recommend staying there.
This hotel has an industrial vibe, a spacious lobby, and fantastic views outside. There are many joggers by the river, and the scenery across the way is lovely. The hotel offers shuttle services to Haneda Airport and JR Kawasaki. The rooms are quite large and very clean, and all the amenities are eco-friendly. The pizza is delicious. It's a great choice for a layover, and I'd definitely choose it again...
Top-tier grand and pose design hotel. This hotel add points to Yokohama city.
Modern & hi-tech hotel with great view, spacious room and helpful staff
Absolutely loved this hotel, it was really accessible and close to all places, has a superb view of the Yokohama skyline and the room is really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and couples!
This was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. We stayed for five nights and explored all of Yokohama and the surrounding areas. The room was spacious, the bed was large, the facilities were very new, and everything was impeccably clean. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks, plus many restaurants and...
The hotel's location is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, but there's a mall right next door which is super handy. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the CupNoodles Museum from here. The staff were really friendly too. Definitely recommend!
The hotel looks very new and has a nice exterior.
Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Environment: You can see the sea.
Service: Decent, better than before.
It's odd though, there are parking spaces right outside, but guests aren't allowed to park there.

I liked the view
I had complained that I didn't have toiletries I was wrong, there are personal hygiene products at reception :) Sorry
Anyway, the view is good. The staff is also kind. It feels like a luxury business hotel.
Stayed immediately after opening in December 2021. You can stay at a considerably cheaper price compared to nearby hotels.
If you want to stay in Minatomirai but the luxury hotel is tough, it seems to be the best choice. It can also be used as a business hotel.
I think I will repeat if I have a chance to stay again. There is okay next to it, and food expenses are also floating.
On the contrary, if...
