I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.

The hotel is large and luxurious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, convenience store, swimming pool (limited time), large public bath, massage chairs, ice machine, and microwave

I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama

I especially loved being able to grill various fish and shellfish, including shishamo, right in front of me at breakfast!

I really liked this level of service for this price.

This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere

Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent

Directly from the airport, but a bit far from the station. The upside is the nice view, and it's very close to Marks shopping center – you can just cut through it to get there.

The Japanese restaurant is less crowded and has a more refined atmosphere, while the Western restaurant is busier but offers views of the bay and cruise ships

The room is quite spacious, and the Yokohama night view from the window is beautiful. The breakfast selection is decent.

Great room with a nice view, but the in-room phone was difficult to use and the instructions weren't clear. The shower facilities felt a bit old

My room included a balcony looking towards the bay that made all my nights memorable. Great place for a romantic getaway

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel lobby. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, and it's a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the seaside

It is my favourite hotel when visiting Yokohama. It brings good memories when we first arrived yokohama for our expatriation. We stayed here for about 2 weeks. Everyone speaks english here and the hotel is clean

Easy access to everywhere. Hotel connected to the Mall. Room very spacious and have balcony so i can do my stretching every mornings. Close by Yokohama Cosmo World. Cup Noddles Museum just 5-8 mins walk.

Great hotel, good location, excellent quality for three stars. The hot springs are worth it. Very good hot sauna almost 100°C I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Kawasaki.

The room was clean and the hot spring facilities were great. The ramen and popsicles in the evening were delicious. It's a shame the room rates are getting more expensive, so the value for money isn't as good anymore.

The Natural spa on the upper floor is very good. Also the evening free noodle from 9:30pm.  離羽田機場很近，坐計程車只要¥4400。 早上在川崎去品川很方便。天然溫泉很有日本風味，早餐很地道。性價比高。知道我有密室幽閉症，特別安排房間。之前住五星級酒店，也沒有留意我的要求。所以很讚這所酒店。我來日本也經常住這連鎖酒店Dormy Inn

Just 15 mins cycle can refreshing yourself especially after a long day walking. A lot of restaurants around the area. You can definitely find something good to eat. Will definitely come back if I travel here again

Hotel service is excellent, realised I had claustrophobic and arranged a higher floor room for me. I stayed in 5 stars hotel before and they did not notice my request.  So Dormy Inn did provide a good service

The coupon is too strong. It was for male staff, but it was soft and gentle, not like a love hotel. The facilities are old, but I'm glad it was spacious. Weekday break 4 hours is strong!

Convenient transportation, has a bathhouse, provides breakfast, clean and comfortable, nothing special.

I liked it very much. The food was delicious and it's close to the subway.

One of the best short stays in Yokohama

Because I was planning a road trip and needed to return the car, I wanted to find a convenient parking spot near a national highway, so I chose Masahiro, but it turned out to be in the heart of Yokohama

The room itself has an industrial style and is quite spacious, with everything you need. I'll definitely stay here again next time I use Haneda Airport

This hotel is excellent for an airport stay. It offers a shuttle service, is very clean, and the surroundings are lovely, right by the river. The bed was super comfortable

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.🩷😍

Upon check-in, the front desk provides a boarding pass; make sure to keep it with you, as you'll need to show it to the driver whether you're going to Kawasaki Station or the airport

The next morning, I took the first shuttle of the day from the hotel to the airport at 5:20 AM, again, perfectly on time. This kind of reliability is incredibly important for travelers

The room had a unique, industrial design, and the hotel's rooftop offered great views. The communal bath was a nice, relaxing experience, and the airport shuttle was very convenient

The custom bedding was incredibly soft, and the standalone bathtub with a harbor-view window was a highlight – soaking in the tub while watching the Ferris wheel turn in the port created an absolutely enchanting ambiance

The hotel's location is perfect – within walking distance to Yamashita Park and the Red Brick Warehouse, and super close to the station. This trip to Yokohama was truly captivated by the beauty of The Kahala!

I was very satisfied! The location is also very good, as Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena are both close by! One thing that bothered me a little was that there was a strange noise I'd never heard when I was in the elevator, which made me a little uneasy, probably because the hotel was built about 40 years ago

The hotel is good and very convenient to travel to. The room is comfortable and quite spacious, not cramped. The travel is convenient and impressive. The price is reasonable and worth it

Maybe because I booked early, I was able to stay in a spacious room on the top floor, even though it was cheap at 5,500 yen per person on a weekday

There's nothing inconvenient about this hotel; it has everything! It's compact, but the fact that it has a large public bath was appealing. The changing room isn't very spacious, so you have to be considerate of others

The hotel is nice and not far from the train station. There is a McDonald’s and a Lawson right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Transportation is easy and getting around is hassle-free

Very close to south gate of kannai station. Good air conditioning in room. Strong water pressure and hot shower. Close to at least 3 convenience stores for snacks

Everything is good just that toilet is too small. Bed bigger than usual hotel in japan. Near to metro. Many eatries around.

However, the sound of passing trains can be noticeable, so it may not be suitable for light sleepers

Even the pedestrian overpasses are equipped with escalators, which is super convenient! Hotel service was impeccable; they even left two extra sets of toiletries right outside my door, which was a nice surprise, haha! I highly recommend staying here! The value for money is absolutely spot on

One couple in our group had mistakenly booked a double room for single occupancy, but the staff at check-in immediately helped us rectify it – they were incredibly accommodating! The front desk also offered a variety of complimentary drinks from 1 PM to 11 PM

Staffs are great & friendly,. Will definitely come back in this hotel. Free drinks to the guests from 1-11pm but i hope there’s a complimentary water at least 2 bottles of mineral per room per day. 🙏

Before our trip, I'd read some reviews and cautioned my friends not to set their expectations too high. We actually stayed for three nights, occupying three rooms

The location is excellent, very close to Sakuragicho. We could easily walk to Minatomirai 21 for a lovely evening stroll and to admire the night views

Plus, just a left turn out of the hotel entrance leads you to a bustling street packed with delicious local snacks!

The room was clean and the staff at the breakfast venue were very friendly and kept the food replenished, making for a very satisfying stay. The room was larger than I expected.

There is a large communal bath where men and women can change their time, and this day was just for men, so I was able to enter slowly. The room wasn't big, but the beds were double size so it was comfortable

Convenient travel, quiet and clean

I wasn't bitten, so I thought it might be someone else's blood and felt uncomfortable about the hygiene. Considering the cost, it might be worth considering another hotel. I wish they would take more appropriate measures

Amazing capsule hostel. You have a whole spa with sauna and baths. Capsule is comfortable and clean. Also, good restaurant and relaxing area.

It was interesting to see that about half of the customers were foreigners, some of them tourist some of them in Kawasaki for a few days for work and there are places outside of the pot areas where you can speak freely with these people I speak fluent Japanese so I am friendly and I tend to drink a little bit and the tend to I talk to in the same manner drink and there are smoking areas on three floors...

I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange

That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy

, Sapporo and Fukuoka… People are anoyed buy talking even quietly for voice dictation of messages or phone calls, snoring, moving plastic bags around, talking freely with their friends in the morning

Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM

When I looked for hotels to take to Yokohama Stadium, all the prices were high, so I was very grateful to be able to stay at this hotel for a relatively low price. The room was clean and the lobby was stylish.

You can hear the sound of the trains, but earplugs are provided in the room, so I recommend using them if you are sensitive to noise

Unfortunately I didn't have time to use it during my stay, but if I have the chance next time, I would like to try the hot spring

Check-in was only at 4 PM, and they would urge me to check out if I was even a few minutes late in the morning. They only gave me one bottle of complimentary mineral water per day

It's convenient for getting to the airport and other places, and there are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. However, the service was lacking

Room is super small but if you're solo traveller it should be fine.   Overall is super clean though!

Perfect location and clean room! The breakfast is great. Onsen, coin laundry, vending machine, and amenities are all great. The staffs are also friendly! Walkable from Shin Yokohama Station and lots of restaurants nearby

Overall, the room was quite good.

The public bath is a little bit small so i recommend not going in peak hours, I went at 23:30 and it was not so full (for the female bath you will need to enter with the security number)

such an amazing place, clean good security and only 5 minutes from shinyokohama st. They offer an open free bar until 22:00 and free travel skin care for female travelers

The late-night bath option is a huge plus. While the room is compact, it's perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is more than enough to fill you up

The building is quite old, but it's perfectly adequate for a business stay. The walls are thin, so you can hear the person in the next room snoring. The breakfast is typical of business hotels

The menu doesn't change, so it's a bit disappointing if you're staying multiple nights. The bath has a strong chlorine smell, but the room's bath is small and a modular bath, so you'll want to use the large public bath

I booked this hotel because I had business at Pia Arena MM. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The only downside was that the bathroom smelled a bit, perhaps because it's an older building

I used to work near here for two years, so I know that Musashi-Kosugi Station is very convenient for getting to both Tokyo and Yokohama. That's why it was my first choice when visiting the Kanto region

Nice hotel and good location. There are English speaking staff too. I thoroughly enjoyed the good breakfast in a nice atmosphere/ambience at the hotel restaurant.

The platform description says the single bed is small, but both times I stayed there I had a double bed. I don't know if it was an upgrade or a description error

Near to town center but away from noisy streets, so quiet yet convenient. Plenty of food and shopping around and a short way by train to major spots

Out of the main area of tokyo with not alot of dining options and really nothing to do around the hotel. But hotel was super nice with a ton of free amenities including a 24 hour bar where you can just help yourself

The room is not big, but very clean. The seats are by the sea, and the environment is very good. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The service is very attentive, but not many people speak English well.

The hot spring facilities seemed a bit old, but they seemed well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and there was a shuttle bus to Yokohama, so it would be good to check in advance

There are really few room facilities for 999, but there is a rooftop where you can soak your feet and watch the night view of the Ferris wheel and a public bath with various hot springs

The location was good in Yokohama, but I found out when I got there that the amusement park in front was closed. I didn't have enough information in advance

It was good value for money considering the cost of hot springs + lodging + breakfast. Dinner was also delicious and ate to my heart's content for about 100,000 won for 4 people

The environment and location are quite good, the night view is beautiful, and the beautiful Yokohama Port can be seen

Great place to stay and very accessible

The women's bath was cleaned properly, but the men's bath was dirty, and the husband seemed dissatisfied. You can go to Chinatown right away, the station is next door, and there are convenience stores a few doors away

I used the large public bath, but the dressing room and bath were compact, but I was able to relax in the bath where I could stretch my legs. In addition, we want to stay if there is opportunity

There is a large public bath that you can stay in until the morning, and the hot water was just right so you could soak in it as many times as you like

The room was on the 4th floor, so I couldn't enjoy the view from the window, but I could see the top of the Marine Tower from the window

It was very helpful to be able to use it at an affordable price even during the busy season of spring break
