Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly. Great room, great view, great staff and food. All at a decent price, especially for this area.

This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.

The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it. Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is a big DISAPPOINTMENT!!! It’s our 3rd time in this hotel but this time we felt cheated. They charged too much for the breakfast but nothing special.. the foods were very basic. It's a great hotel. The view from the room is very good. It's full of vacation atmosphere, which makes people feel good. The location is also great. The bed is super comfortable to sleep on and the soundproofing is super good. I want to stay here again no matter what. Late, the only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is relatively ordinary

We absolutely loved our time at the Kahala. All of the staff worked hard to do everything in their power to make our stay comfortable.

It was as beautiful as the photos. There were plenty of amenities. They'll deliver ice if you call.

Room 5 & 7 were extremely poorly cleaned. I've stayed in ten hotels during this trip to Japan, and this is the first time I've seen items left behind by previous guests in a room. An empty mineral water bottle was placed on top of the minibar, which was inexplicable and startling. Also, the back of the bathroom door was covered in dust; the cleaning and inspection were negligent. The Japanese restaurant...
