The location is just in front of Shin Yokohama station
Will book this hotel again in the future..
Close to the shin Yokohama station
Clean. Enough space for one person
Thank you for letting me stay
Good. The location is close to both Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena. They also stored my luggage for half a day after check-out, which was very helpful.
The hotel's location is very strategic. If you're hungry, just go in front of the hotel. There's Burger King and Seven Eleven.
Here is the English translation:
I booked a hotel through this app, and the payment was deducted via PayPay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I had to pay again.
The hotel fee is ¥13,100.
Now it has been charged twice, so the total is ¥26,200.
Why did this happen?
Close to blue line exit10. Very small room, but fairly quiet. There was a body hair on top of the toilet lid when I arrived, and dust on window sill and between bed and wall, but sheets were clean. Breakfast is ok if it is included, but not worth paying 800 yen for if not included.
Amazing capsule hostel. You have a whole spa with sauna and baths. Capsule is comfortable and clean.
Also, good restaurant and relaxing area.
good location near convenience store 👌
Great Trip
This is very nice hot and i can Remittance anyone
.
The facilities were very nice. It was interesting to see that about half of the customers were foreigners, some of them tourist some of them in Kawasaki for a few days for work and there are places outside of the pot areas where you can speak freely with these people I speak fluent Japanese so I am friendly and I tend to drink a little bit and the tend to I talk to in the same manner drink and there...
Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete.
I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a...
Good value for money. A budget hotel and the cheapest hotel may be in Yokohama/down Tokyo area.
Kawasaki, 2-25 Miyamotocho Kawasaki-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel was surprisingly good! I loved the decor; the room had a very Japanese feel, and the wall paintings were quite unique. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel amenities were also great. Plus, the location is super convenient, perfect for those arriving late or departing early from Haneda Airport! My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small.
I would give higher rating if the room is slightly bigger. I can't open my 28 inch luggage at all actually. The service was great, this hotel is one of the very few hotel that entertain my special request for towel art since this is my honeymoon trip
I just stayed one night, but so far everything is satisfy. The art room is beautiful as well.
Great stay overall. The room was spacious enough to open my suitcase, which is rare in Japan. Convenient location—5 minutes to Keikyu and 10 minutes to JR with plenty of restaurants nearby. The mall at Kawasaki Station is great for a full day, and Kawasaki Daishi is worth a visit. Breakfast rice ball was excellent. No complaints. I will come back again.
Everything about this hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable, and even had an air purifier. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, and a Starbucks nearby, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!
Short walking distance to Kawasaki JR and Keikyu Kawasaki train stations, lots of shops and restaurants nearby . The hotel is located along a quiet street which was great for sleeping. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel has a modern decor and the room was small which is usual for Japan hotels but still comfortable to get around with space for luggage. The room has a...
Kawasaki, 5 2 3 Shinjo Nakahara Ku (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is great, just a 3-minute walk from the Nambu Line, very convenient. The front desk service was polite and attentive; they stored my luggage beforehand, and then helped bring it to my room during check-in. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. There was enough space for one person, although the soundproofing was only so-so; I could hear cleaning noises outside during...
It was very close to the station, on a high floor, and had a great view, so I was very satisfied with my solo stay!
I would like to return here for personal use in the future.
I stayed here the night before taking a university entrance exam.
It was very convenient as it was close to the station.
I was nervous as it was my first time staying alone, but
the front desk staff was very kind.
It was a very convenient location near the station.
The hotel doesn't seem to be new, so the bathroom and toilet had a bit of a drain smell, which bothered me a bit.
The staff were very helpful.
Except for being far from downtown Tokyo, this hotel is very satisfactory in all aspects. What is valuable is that there is a desk for working, a very spacious desk and an ergonomic chair. They also let us check in early, thank you~
Very satisfied, thank you for the hotel service, I will book this hotel again in the future
Yokohama, 1-21-13 Tsurumi-chuo Tsurumi-ku (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is quite convenient, close to both Keikyu Tsurumi and JR Tsurumi stations. The elevator is a bit old, and only one was operational during my stay, but it should be repaired or replaced soon. The in-room facilities are generally outdated, especially the bathroom. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can clearly hear cleaning noises from outside during the day.
The room matches the pictures online. Even though it seems clean, the rugs and walls could use a deep clean or even be renewed. The room had its own microwave, which is very convenient. Overall it was absolutely ok for one night.
Excellent value for money and very affordable. There weren't many Chinese visitors around, which made for a fantastic experience.
Pretty good overall. I stayed at Livemax for several nights.
The place was incredibly cheap and surprisingly spacious. It uses a traditional key. It's a bit of a walk from the station. I even checked out an hour late and wasn't called or charged. While I'm not advocating for this, I personally found their flexibility and understanding very convenient.
Good value, clean, and convenient for both transportation and dining.
Yokohama, 2-14-19 Shinyokohama Kouhokuku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Amazing stay.
Beautiful room (it seemed to be better than the one in Yokohama)
Amenities are good as always.
Didn't hear any noise. You check out using the machine, it takes 20 seconds.
Clean but the room very small for 4 people. But its ok just for sleep.
Clean but the room very small for 4 people. But its ok just for sleep.
It was alright. Though small, the facilities were complete, and it was clean. There's a bathtub for soaking, and it's very close to Shin-Yokohama Station.
Remembering to review this much later, so some details are a bit hazy. What I do recall clearly is that there was a Chinese-speaking receptionist who helped me check in. I think the air conditioning might have been blowing a bit directly on me, but given the limited space, it was probably designed as best as possible. The surrounding area has excellent basic amenities. All in all, it offered decent...
Satisfied. The hotel boasts a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, offering excellent connections to the Shinkansen, multiple JR lines, and Yokohama's municipal subway. The surrounding area is a newer district, predominantly a business hub with many office buildings and commuters. Shin-Yokohama Park is also a short walk away; it's a sprawling green space featuring a small...

Overall, it was pretty good. The location is convenient, and the facilities are decent. It's right near Yokohama Chinatown, a bit small, but perfect for one person. It was very clean, and there's a bathtub where you can sit and soak, though you can't really lie down in it. The price was quite reasonable, and the hotel has full amenities, including a microwave and a humidifier. The kettle didn't work...
The environment, service, and hygiene were all great. However, there's no free parking, not even for motorcycles. They only have a paid parking garage for cars. But for the price, it's already very good.
The location is super convenient, right inside Yokohama's Chinatown.
It’s at the heart of Chinatown. Convenient and easy access.
Located in Yokohama Chinatown, it is surrounded by many restaurants. :)
location wise, pricewise and comfort wise Livemax exactly what i needed. its nice and clean. staff helped me to find a small but very good onsen( you ask them next time) and Chinatown is exactly where you live with 2 fresh fruits market just oposite hotel which is super convenient.
Yokohama, 2-10-32 Kitasaiwai, Nishiku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was available around the clock. They had already printed out my reservation page, so check-in was incredibly fast. It was a great experience.
Great location, convenient supermarket nearby, and very clean surroundings.
Happy with my stay overall. Convenient location, helpful staff and comfortable and convenient room. Good value.
Near tourist attractions, direct train avail and many food options
I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. I advise not to book breakfast...
Convenient location. Perfect if you want a short term stay
Yokohama, Naka Masagocho 4-43 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good price and reasonable service.
Satisfied!
Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?)
Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well.
One thing that bothered me though, during check-in there was a long queue that took me almost an hour. They only had three staffs on the reception desk...
They have smoking and non smoking floors. I was luck to book on the 9th floor which was a non smoking. My experience was amazing. Big room, big bathroom . everything was just perfect. A must visit hotel.
This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. Also, the bath is also fantastic, although it may be a bit small for westerners.

Was nice area. I wish I could have stayed little longer.
The room was clean and the manager was very nice.
Convenient hotel, help staff good for major railroad lines
Flexstay Inn Kawasaki is located just under 1 km from Kawasaki Train Station. On the day that I arrived, I ended up being late due to travel from the previous location. I contacted Flexstay prior to make this arrangement and they were very accommodating allowing me to check-in at 11pm. The Hotel is very close to convenience stores or if you want to choose from a range of restaurants, they are all within...
First of all, it was very far from the station. Also, I thought it would be the same as other Flex Inns, but it was more like a room in an old apartment building, so it didn't feel like a hotel. The receptionist was kind.
Too far from the station, and the station is also too far from Narita.
There are four convenience stores nearby.
The best restaurant nearby is Royal Host.
Katsuzen's food was just average, and I haven't tried the offal specialty shop next door yet.
The microwave and induction cooker in the room were very helpful.
Unfortunately, only one trash bag was provided in the room. We originally wanted...
The rooms and onsen (hot spring) were nice, and the location was ideal, very close to Keikyu Kawasaki and JR Kawasaki lines, within a 10-minute walk. It's convenient for getting to the airport and other places, and there are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. However, the service was lacking. Check-in was only at 4 PM, and they would urge me to check out if I was even a...
The location is good, and I use it when I go to a certain yakiniku restaurant. Parking is inconvenient, and the parking in the neighborhood is expensive, so be careful.
It was beautiful! Next time I'd like to try the hot springs too ❤️❤️
Not the standard hotel, the key room need to keep by frontdesk
Room is super small but if you're solo traveller it should be fine. Overall is super clean though!
The exterior is a little dated, but the interior is clean.
Drink service is available.
The large public bath is quite compact.
If it were cheaper, I might come back.
Yokohama, 2-3-5 Horaicho, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Service was good, room was clean.
Close to Kannai subway station, and just two stops away from Yokohama Station.
It's very quiet, though the room is a bit small. Otherwise, no complaints.
The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet. The best part is its location, very close to Guan Nei Station, which makes getting around super convenient. Downstairs, there are many local specialty shops, not just trendy influencer spots, and the food there is really delicious!
About a 5-minute walk from JR Kannai Station and Yokohama Municipal Subway Isezakichojamachi Station.
The single room type is a bit cramped.
The room is well-lit and clean, and comes with a microwave and refrigerator.
It was okay, but they don't offer luggage storage after check-out.
The room was very clean, but the staff were quite particular/fussy.
Yokohama, Yamashita-cho 187, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room facilities are pretty standard. It's located in Chinatown, so there are plenty of dining and supermarket options nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach park.
The location is really convenient. The service is good.
This is a standard Japanese business hotel, small but has everything you need. However, I couldn't connect to the internet in my room 😡, I'm not sure if it was just my room but the signal was really bad. I didn't experience any of the other negative issues mentioned in other reviews though; the front desk staff were polite, the room was clean, and all the amenities were there. Plus, the price was quite...
The room's toilet and bathroom were a bit small, and the soundproofing was poor. Otherwise, it was excellent value for money.
It was perfect price $ for a last minute overnight stay, it was in the middle of Chinatown Yokohama close to Metro room was clean only issue I had was no coffee in the morning 😅
Okay.. will be best if hotel can provide some breakfast … the shop surrounding is only open at around 10am

The people at the front desk and who prepared breakfast had kind smiles and were very pleasant. Both men and women felt safe staying here.
The building is old, so it may not be enough for those staying overnight, but since I only stayed there to sleep, I had no complaints.
My laundry had a set time and I couldn't dry it, but I was able to dry it inside the room.
The breakfast was small, but sufficient...
The facility is old, but the service is good and I would like to use it again. It is close to the station and there is a convenience store next door.
The overall feeling is good, the surroundings are very convenient and the environment is good
I was very surprised by the hotel: everything seemed to be fine, a fairly large room, the floor was spotless, the bathroom was nice, everything seemed to be there, towels were changed and the cleaning was done every day. A balcony in the room. Yes, it is obvious that it has not been renovated for a long time and the equipment is old. However, you can feel the absence of the owner. There are some things...
I don't know if hotel prices have gone up or if I've just been taken advantage of, but it's Saturday night and there are no alternatives.
Typical business hotel. Breakfast is just so-so.
The facilities are also so-so.

Helpful and Near Kawasaki station
Great location. The room was clean, and check-in was quick. Staff were polite and helpful. Would stay here again.
Cheap prices were my top priority. I originally wanted to store my luggage first, but the receptionist wasn't there. After waiting a while, I went back to the station to store it anyway.
After checking in in the afternoon, I went to a nearby shopping mall to see a movie with friends.
When I returned in the evening, I couldn't open the gate with the password.
Luckily, a kind Japanese person helped...
Just 7 minutes walk from Kawasaki Station.
Shopping, Eating, surroundings, and 25 minutes to Haneda Airport.
Room is spacious and clean.
Front desk service is satisfactory.
Have already booked again for coming July.
It is located in the downtown area of Kawasaki, and I think it is in a good location.
This time, I checked out early because of my work, so I wish I could sleep in any room, but I heard that there was a vacancy in the room, so I had it upgraded.
I found out when I entered the room, but as others have commented, it seems that it used to be a love hotel. The operation panel of the bed board and the...

These rooms are way nicer than any business hotel. The rooms are big and the bathroom is huge and nice with a stand up shower and hot tub. The room had a fridge, microwave and kettle. The calling to let you in and out was a bit of a surprise but the amount of times I’ve lost hotel keys it was ok. Close to conbinis and a my market. Now not many things are in English but with any translation app...
The room lights turn on automatically at midnight 😱
The smell at the entrance was nice, but the smell in the room was bad. The TV only had digital terrestrial broadcasting, which was disappointing.
The mattress on the bed was soft and not to my liking.
The room was normal.
I thought the amenities were complete.
Very comfortable room,near station
Chinatown, Minato Mirai It's a perfect hotel for a date!
The rooms are clean and well equipped, so you can have a good time!
There are various room types, so I would like to go there again!

I was fortunate enough to meet a Chinese-speaking receptionist upon check-in, which made for a very pleasant conversation. They even gave me a lot of helpful advice, enriching my trip! The hotel environment is quiet, and convenience stores and shops are all in the same block.
The value for money is excellent.
However, because I shared a room,
depending on the clientele, there were good days (good sleep) and bad days (bad sleep).
I stayed for 5 days and had good sleep 3 days and bad 2 days.
Given the price, I can't really complain...
The hotel staff were foreigners,
but they responded perfectly and provided excellent service.
Thank you very much.
The toilet and bathroom are right in the bedroom, which seems to affect my sleep.
The hotel feels like a love hotel! The rooms are huge and the bathroom is nice. The owner is friendly and there is a subway station nearby.

I liked that it really felt like a small home away from home. It didn't have the ultra-modern hotel amenities, which were always off-putting to me. Staying here felt very comfortable and relaxing.
All the staff are kind. Although the room is old, it is well-cleaned and there are no particular concerns. There is a large public bath that you can stay in until the morning, and the hot water was just right so you could soak in it as many times as you like. The women's bath was cleaned properly, but the men's bath was dirty, and the husband seemed dissatisfied. You can go to Chinatown right away...
I used it on a family trip.
It was very helpful to be able to use it at an affordable price even during the busy season of spring break.
The room was on the 4th floor, so I couldn't enjoy the view from the window, but I could see the top of the Marine Tower from the window.
It's very close to Chinatown and my child is small, so I didn't have to walk too much, so it was very nice.
