Good. The location is close to both Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena. They also stored my luggage for half a day after check-out, which was very helpful.

Close to blue line exit10. Very small room, but fairly quiet. There was a body hair on top of the toilet lid when I arrived, and dust on window sill and between bed and wall, but sheets were clean. Breakfast is ok if it is included, but not worth paying 800 yen for if not included.

This hotel was surprisingly good! I loved the decor; the room had a very Japanese feel, and the wall paintings were quite unique. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel amenities were also great. Plus, the location is super convenient, perfect for those arriving late or departing early from Haneda Airport! My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small.

Great stay overall. The room was spacious enough to open my suitcase, which is rare in Japan. Convenient location—5 minutes to Keikyu and 10 minutes to JR with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything about this hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable, and even had an air purifier. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, and a Starbucks nearby, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

The location is quite convenient, close to both Keikyu Tsurumi and JR Tsurumi stations. The elevator is a bit old, and only one was operational during my stay, but it should be repaired or replaced soon. The in-room facilities are generally outdated, especially the bathroom. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can clearly hear cleaning noises from outside during the day.

The room matches the pictures online. Even though it seems clean, the rugs and walls could use a deep clean or even be renewed. The room had its own microwave, which is very convenient. Overall it was absolutely ok for one night.

The place was incredibly cheap and surprisingly spacious. It uses a traditional key. It's a bit of a walk from the station. I even checked out an hour late and wasn't called or charged. While I'm not advocating for this, I personally found their flexibility and understanding very convenient.

I was fortunate enough to meet a Chinese-speaking receptionist upon check-in, which made for a very pleasant conversation. They even gave me a lot of helpful advice, enriching my trip! The hotel environment is quiet, and convenience stores and shops are all in the same block.

The value for money is excellent. However, because I shared a room, depending on the clientele, there were good days (good sleep) and bad days (bad sleep). Honestly, I had a great time staying here with my partner. We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights, and were surprised how clean the facilities were. They provide water, coffee, and tea in every floor. The room is small but you get what you paid for. The room is also quiet, private and never heard our neighbours during our stay. Excellent facilities. Sauna was a solid 99 degrees and the cold bath was 15. Another sauna was 83 and less crowded. There are towels, toothbrush/razors etc as you would expect. A little over ¥2000 for multiple hours, I was in and out for ¥1600.super convenient after hiking.
