I was very satisfied. It was my first time visiting Yokohama from Hokkaido. The scenery and the room were so beautiful, it was almost too luxurious for me. My trip to Yokohama was so enjoyable. I'll come again.

I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.

Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly. Great room, great view, great staff and food. All at a decent price, especially for this area.

It's a great hotel. The view from the room is very good. It's full of vacation atmosphere, which makes people feel good. The location is also great. The bed is super comfortable to sleep on and the soundproofing is super good. I want to stay here again no matter what. Late, the only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is relatively ordinary

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel lobby. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, and it's a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the seaside. There's also a Ferris wheel and an amusement park right next door.

The hotel is a bit old, but I was really drawn to it because of the balcony. The location is great, directly connected to Queen's Square, so dining and entertainment are very convenient. The Ferris wheel is right opposite the hotel, and the instant noodle museum is within walking distance.

The room was clean and the hot spring facilities were great. The ramen and popsicles in the evening were delicious. It's a shame the room rates are getting more expensive, so the value for money isn't as good anymore.

Dormy Inn corporation never disappoint with nice hot spring, evening ramen and morning breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is to Iron the pyjama or change out the older ones.

Room 5 & 7 were extremely poorly cleaned. I've stayed in ten hotels during this trip to Japan, and this is the first time I've seen items left behind by previous guests in a room. Because I was planning a road trip and needed to return the car, I wanted to find a convenient parking spot near a national highway, so I chose Masahiro, but it turned out to be in the heart of Yokohama. Shopping and sightseeing are very convenient, but it's not ideal for road trips. Parking is in an automated garage, and it costs 2000 yen per night.

Temperature in the room is terrible. There’s big note saying that temperature is central controlled and front desk will adjust for us. Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. Absolutely loved this hotel, it was really accessible and close to all places, has a superb view of the Yokohama skyline and the room is really clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel to family and couples!

Conveniently close to Yokohama main few stations, and a 15min walk to Minatomirai and RedBrick Warehouse. Enjoyed the aesthetics and comfortable bed, versus the bog standard other small Japanese hotels. This is well designed and I felt very calm and at home. Great shower definitely!
