If you loved cruise ship or want to expirience cruise im sure you will appreciate this hotel you can enjoy stay with the ambiance of cruise ship like me i loved the view,the vintage type of room as well as the food

The location is good, located in the Yokohama Queens’s Square building. Connects to the MM metro line. Walking distance to Cosmo World. Hotel is old fashioned, bit dated but clean and tidy

Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling

A wonderful hotel in an ideal location. 2nd tallest building in Japan. Close to Subway and train station. Service is fantastic. English is well spoken by all the staff I interacted with. Restaurants are top notch.

This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.

The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it. Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy

My husband and I couldn’t believe that the foods we had at a business hotel were way better than this so called 5star hotel. very disappointing… I guess this will be our last time to stay here

It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range

Have quite pretty views and big room can make the vacation more enjoyable but the rooms are a little bit close and can see the neighbors pretty clear

Everything was great, location is great, near all public transportation, a lot of shopping stores and convenient places, the room is small as it normally is in normal in Japan hotels, clean and very comfortable, the reception desk were all perfect, the breakfast is served at the nearest coffee shop,

We chose this location as it was close to the Haneda Airport—after our epic trip around Japan we were exhausted so was a good stop before boarding our flight home. Very easy to catch metro to airport—5 min walk—

The room is clean and it is relatively bigger than those business hotel in Tokyo. Direct public bus from Haneda airport (25 mins) and bus stop is right infront of the hotel. Recommend for late night flight.

Rooms were 200% the size and 80% the cost of APA hotel. I'll be using them again for sure. There's convenient internal access to the cafe nextdoor via the lobby, for the odd super rainy morning

Very clean and convenient. Only thing I would add is, the super small fridge that you cannot store much. Otherwise, it has decent amount of closet space rather than hooks on the wall...

The hotel is very close to Kawasaki Stn. The property is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Check In is self serve with machine. Lots of toiletries etc close to check in desk

Very convenient location - Hotel is linked to the Yokohama station and shopping area (e. It is very convenient to get to Haneda airport by train (keikyu) and limousine bus (Ycat) which are at the Yokohama station

The hotel has excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. I booked wrong room type and they changed for me efficiently. The room also has an air purifier which helps as Yokohama Japan was very dry

The location is great as the B1 was linked to Yokohama station, Takashimaya, SOGO, Newoman and JOINUS buildings. Yokohama station also has a Keikyu Line that is direct commute to Haneda airport (30 mins and cost ＜¥400)

The breakfast was very good too! However, the indoor pool (sports club) is only for adults so this was disappointing for our kids

Once again, I stayed in a hotel directly connected to Yokohama Station. It takes 25 minutes to get to the station from Haneda Airport by taking the Keikyu Line. Go to the west exit Takashimaya

There's an automatic wash before entering pool which I hadn't seen before

It's extremely close to the train station, just a three-minute walk, and surprisingly quiet. However, at around 1300 (including breakfast), the price is definitely excessive, especially for mid-September

It offers poor value for money. Hotels in this area are even more expensive than in Tokyo, and I can't figure out why

Im really happy with my stay at Richmond hotel! Although I only stayed one night, my stay is exceptionally comfortable. Help yourself to the amenities at the hotel lobby and the bed is very comfortable

The room size is just right for 1 person. The location of the hotel is near the train station, extremely convenient ! There’s also grocery shop and 7 eleven right across the street

I also like to mentioned the hotels staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Check in is swift and the staff are able to speak Chinese and English language

The hotel provides good service and close proximity to attractions. I like that the hotel provides customers to take the necessary packets of lotion, facial wash etc accordingly to one’s needs from the lobby.

On the "outskirts" of the Minatomirai area but the cable cars were just outside that could take you over there easy. Links to skybridge to get you around the Minatomirai area was also right there

The hotel is in the best position where it's right next to JR and downstair it is a mall with coffee shops, supermarket and apparel shops. The room is considered relatively large in Japan.

If you want to explore "old town", to the other side was the older town and so really gave you the best of both worlds

It's just a few minutes walk from Sakuragicho and close to the restaurant district, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink. The room was neither good nor bad, so there were no problems at all

I stayed at this hotel because I had an event at Minato Mirai. The location was great◎ The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. There were a variety of amenities, which was helpful

There are only a few seats for breakfast, so I think it's good that you can fill disposable containers and eat it in your room. The staff were also very polite and friendly

Convenient not far from station.

My husband and I shared a small room. You had to step up approximately 6 inches to enter the bathroom. Although small, the room is clean and orderly we were supplied,bathrobe, slippers, and towels

For an extra $10 per person you can use the heated pool which is located in the basement. A swimming cap is required for both men and women. Don’t worry if you do not own one they have them available for rent

There is also a restaurant upstairs and a café downstairs on the floor with the lobby. The hotel is located on a street corner, although they have another building which has a café and some other things

However the Jacuzzi is more like an onsen,everyone is naked and it’s, hot and steamy, it is located inside the locker room (one for men and one for women). The sauna is also there in the locker room

It is a great location to experience shin yokohama! Also do visit the british pub on the other side of the road (really nice place for an evening beer or a soft drink)!

One is across the street from the other. Another positive feature is that it’s located only about three short blocks from the Shin Yokohama metro station

Great service and cant beat the location! The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Kawasaki. Its just less than 10 mins from the main train stations. Its got everything you need around the area.

Some nice features included, eg the toilet seat is heated, or if you decide to not have your room cleaned for a day you get a free bottle of water! There is a room with vending machines and a microwave

Sufficient power sockets, small fridge, all lights except bathroom can be turned on/off from the bed. The beds are quite hard (compared to what I am used to from Germany) but I got used to it quickly

Nearby have many different style restaurants. I had booked a smoking room, due the o ly choice at website, but when I check-in, they offer me a non-smoking room because I am traveling with infant

This hotel provides good service, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Especially, you can get free drip-coffee in the front desk. I suggest you all must choose Daiwa Roynet Hotels.

This restaurant is worth staying in. The service attitude is very good, the cleaning environment is neat and clean, and the public facilities are very convenient

Facilities: One person stay is really comfortable, all the organs, although the non-smoking room is gone, but the room does not smell smoke, and there are windows - favorite is the bathtub - after daily rampage, back to the hotel to take a bath really reset Hygiene: Very clean, although you can see some facilities are old, but very clean, Japanese accommodation basic requirements right this is Environment...

They said they would store my luggage the next day, but for convenience, I left it in a coin locker at the station. It was very clean and I had no complaints. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity

Very small room, but fairly quiet. There was a body hair on top of the toilet lid when I arrived, and dust on window sill and between bed and wall, but sheets were clean

I contacted them to store my luggage before checking in, and by coincidence, they said a room was ready and kindly recommended an early check-in

I stayed here for a 2-day concert at Yokohama Arena. You can enter and exit freely with a magnetic card (there may be restrictions at night❔)

As an aside, the liver and chive skewers at the nearby Jinbei were delicious, so I ate there two days

I used this for my partner's birthday. They accommodated the timing of the cake and other requests, and it became a wonderful memory.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also help to find and deliver the forgotten items. The hygiene is also very good, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. I will come again.

I was able to listen to music via Bluetooth, but it seemed a bit behind the times. The breakfast, which I was looking forward to, had a limited variety and was average in taste

I stayed here for my birthday and received very attentive hospitality. It was a memorable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the Minato Mirai area.

I had high expectations because I knew the regular price in advance, but it was quite disappointing. The restaurant staff's service was cheerful and gave me a Hawaiian feel

The TV was full of Japanese programs, so I wish they would introduce something like Netflix or Amazon Prime so I could relax and enjoy movies during my hotel stay

First time staying here and it was wonderful. I'm a lone travler, if you like things nice and simple and just need somewhere to stay I would recommend this hostel. English friendly for those who need it

They also have free bikes all hotel guests can use to get around and sight see. Close to train station and anything you might need. Kawasaki is also a convenient location for traveling to different areas

Commute is right between Yokohama and Tokyo so access to both places and the Airport is why I chose this place. The Nearby plaza of La Citadella is such a lovely place to walk and relax and contemplate

And THE most friendliest staff I have ever come across , even the Japanese woman who work at the check in counter. All of them are highly serviceable. Beautiful, and SUPER FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL

They care about their guests here as much as they do their own friends, and family. The capsules we're good sized had nice t. v a box to put personal belongings and a locker

I stayed here a few months ago and I loved it. Great location with tons of shopping and food nearby. Hotel had a pub crawl/kimono event the weekend I stayed there

This hotel is so nice, located close to Keikyu Tsurumi station and its easy to find this location. The room is clean, the internet is so fast, just the room is too small but still OK and comfortable so far

I stay 3-4 times in this hotel. It is a budget version and a bit small for newcomers. There is a breakfast options relatively nicely priced. Very near the Tsurumi station for Keiku and JR trains

We ended up on the smoking floor, which is the only downside. The rooms were recently re-done, though the bathroom could have been redone, and I would likely rank higher

VERY convieneint to transit as Tsurumi station is just down the block. Could easily stay here again next time I'm in Yokohama

Laundry machines are available. You can only sit down in the tub. Walls a bit thin and you can hear other people alarm

I stayed there for 6 days from 4th Nov 2017. Absolutely loved the hotel ! Lots of convenience stores around and reasonably priced places to eat. Transportation was easily accessible

The subway station is directly opposite the hotel and the train station around 5-7mins walk. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained

And the bathroom was sparkling white & clean!!!! Definitely a place that i would go again and i have no qualms in recommending this hotel to anyone!! Very satisfied :-)

Very clean rooms (albeit a little small, but they make use of the space they have). Kind service and everything needed for a good stay is provided for.

Rooms are small, but reasonably nice. Bathroom is reasonable size but with low shower nozzle. Not much storage space in rooms. Laundry room is free to use, and detergent is available for sale.

Close to Shin-Yokohama Station, good environment, and the breakfast in the cafe is also OK

Clean hotel that is well connected to shin-yokohama station and shopping area. Carpark chargeable at 1500 yen from 2pm to 11am, 200yen for additional 30mins. 15mins drive to restaurant that creates the first gyu-nabe.

Convenient transportation, this is the first reason why I chose this hotel. If you take the Shinkansen, you can walk for three minutes. Compared with the Yamato Roynet hotels I stayed in before, this one is a little old

Good hotel for a budget, rooms needing more dusting. And ice cream fridge seriously needs defrosting. It has so much ice all over which it freezes the ice cream more than it needs to and makes it unable to be scooped

Centralised located most Yokohama top attractions as can seen in pictures. When u need cleaning services, you need to temporary return the keys which is quite inconvenient.

Rooms are very clean and very big for Japan.. surely worth the money.. break fast is wast but missing chicken.. Nearby many pubs and restaurants..

The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊

Barely two minutes from Yokohama station. Not great English but workable. breakfast though expensive is a great buffet. I'd say it's good for a one night stay

I stayed here while traveling for a concert. The location is within walking distance of Yokohama Station, the room was spacious, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Yokohama

I booked a single room for a solo trip. The room was small but clean, and the facilities were complete. The hotel has an English front desk, communication was barrier-free, and the service attitude was very good

The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and it was great to be able to use the large public bath. You can hear a lot of voices from other rooms in the hallway leading to the room

The surrounding area is very convenient, close to the west exit of Yokohama Station, about 7-8 minutes walk, convenient for eating around, many convenience stores nearby, and a large supermarket

You can even hear the door opening from inside the room. It's very expensive to make a reservation at the last minute around Yokohama Station, so I made the reservation early

The facility was generally clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was also glad that there was a wide selection of amenities, tea, and instant coffee.

However overall good enough for short or business stays. There is free breakfast and paid parking aswell as wheelchair access with a ramp to the building and an elevator inside

It was okay the some staff was very polite some were less so. The rooms were not too pretty and my toilet seat could not be fully opened due to design errors of the bathroom

Two washing/drying rooms with drink and food vending machines. The location is good for Businessman/woman with plenty of places to eat and drink close by

The Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki station are very close by and can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot

A self-service laundry is also available if you need to wash your clothes with a fee

But due to schedule change, I immediately booked a room through Trip. The rooms at Xinyue are more upscale, but the room rate is about half the price, I'm so happy. There is a Japanese breakfast option!

Also, the cup in the sink was worn and scratched, so I didn't feel like using it. If these two points could be improved, it would be perfect. The bed mattress was also to my liking, and I slept soundly

I'll be taking the Shinkansen, so this hotel is really conveniently close to the station, the room was clean, and it's become one of my favorites. I've already made a reservation for September
