Tokyo Bayplaza Hotel in Kisarazu

I was bitten by 7 mites, the shower head came off, there was no light stand by the pillow, so I had to walk to the bathroom to turn off the lights when I went to sleep. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll put this on my list of hotels I should never stay at, and I'll tell the people involved.

I made a reservation after looking at the website. When I arrived, I was surprised. The entrance was not on the main road, but on a small alley. It seemed like I entered from the outside of the hotel, and the building itself was very old and not well maintained. The room was dark, and although the facilities such as the wedding hall, Chinese food, and large public bath seemed to be in good condition, there was no sign of anyone there. The front desk staff was cold. It is a port town, so it is obvious that they are not kind to everyone because there are many people coming and going. The room was dark and the mattress was old. Even when I asked to stay for several nights, they insisted that "reservations made through the Internet cannot be changed." They are people who only think about themselves. I can't imagine eating there, and I have no intention of going to the buffet that costs 3,000 yen. There were Ministop and Lawson convenience stores nearby. The front desk didn't tell me about such things. It's no wonder there were no customers. Apparently there is a wedding hall here, but it would be better not to hold a wedding here. The website is beautifully designed. Don't be fooled.
