I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my pre-authorization amounts, which have still not been released despite multiple follow-ups.During my stay, I was informed by the hotel that the amount paid through Trip.com was only a pre-authorization and could not be used for check-in. As a result, I had to make an additional payment directly at the front desk, effectively paying twice for the same booking.I was assured by your support team that the pre-authorized amount would be refunded after checkout. I have since checked out and have sent several emails requesting the release of these funds. However, I have not received any response, and the amount is still not reflected in my account.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I kindly urge you to investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Overall it was good, but... Check-in wasn't smooth. They showed me my reservation on my smartphone and I was able to complete the process, but I accidentally left my phone with them when I went to my room. When I returned to the front desk and explained the situation, they treated it as lost, and it took some time to get it back. I was also made to sign a lost property report.

I mean, they just didn't give it back to me, right? Is that really considered lost?

I was happy that there was a large public bath.

Check-out was easy and smooth; I just had to return the key card.

I visited for the first time in three years, and it is still excellent. First of all, the location is great for sightseeing in the center of Yokohama. The hotel is large and luxurious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, convenience store, swimming pool (limited time), large public bath, massage chairs, ice machine, and microwave. I especially loved being able to grill various fish and shellfish, including shishamo, right in front of me at breakfast!

I was very satisfied. It was my first time visiting Yokohama from Hokkaido. The scenery and the room were so beautiful, it was almost too luxurious for me. My trip to Yokohama was so enjoyable. I'll come again.

I booked a single room but got a large room with twin beds, which was great. It's also close to the amusement park area.

It was great to be on the 28th floor on the Minato Mirai side and be able to see Mt. Fuji, the Ferris wheel, cabins, and more.
Mt. Fuji was especially spectacular in the morning.
I stayed on a Saturday, so the room only cost 33,000 yen, which was a bit pricey.
The room was quite small, comparable to a business hotel,
so it felt like you just enjoyed the view.
The tower is high, so it was great to be able to find the hotel without getting lost.
The bath cosmetics at Ryu Spa were very good.
I'd like to go to the bath again.
