Excellent hotel, very quiet and with great transportation connections to move around Tokyo. Even if it’s not right in the city center, it’s not a problem at all — you can get anywhere very quickly thanks to how efficient the transport system is.

The rooms are very well equipped, spotless, and extremely peaceful, which is something you truly appreciate after long days exploring the city. Everything feels comfortable and well maintained.

The breakfast buffet is complete and the food is delicious. My favorite items were the breaded fish and the mini brownies. And honestly, having fresh strawberries every day was a great bonus.

There is also a FamilyMart right next to the hotel, which works perfectly for grabbing anything you may need or something to eat at any time of the day or night. It’s incredibly convenient.

The staff is very friendly and always available to help you with anything you need, which makes the overall experience even better.

One thing to keep in mind is that full room cleaning is done every third day. However, if you leave your trash and towels outside the door, you’ll find clean towels waiting for you when you return, which worked perfectly fine for me.

Also, be aware of the check-out time. I went a few minutes over and was charged 1,100 yen, so it’s important to leave exactly at the designated time to avoid extra fees.

I definitely recommend this hotel and I truly hope to stay here again in the near future.

Tmark City Hotel Omori Tokyo is fantastic! ✨ It's just a 1-minute walk from Omorikaigan Station, making it super convenient for Haneda Airport and Shinagawa. The room was spotless, the Sealy mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the 24-hour front desk staff were very attentive. Plus, the free WiFi was really fast. Absolutely great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo!

The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. Its location right next to the subway entrance is incredibly convenient. It's a great choice for business trips. I stay here every year when I'm in town for work.

The location was great and the staff members speak decent English to assist, even offered me with an umbrella when they noticed I’m about to walk out in the rain, shows they cared and high level of service. Room is cozy and clean

Right outside the hotel, you'll find Omorikaigan Station and a convenience store, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are Japanese-style and small, but they are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent for getting around, and overall, I had a really great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed for a night during a layover in Tokyo. The location is convenient, less than 30 minutes from Haneda Airport. The subway exits all have elevators, so it was easy to manage luggage. The room was quiet, clean, and tidy, but the bed was too soft. The triple room was quite small, barely fitting our luggage. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The service was also excellent. There aren't many dining options in the immediate area, but it's perfect for a layover. I appreciate that, unlike some places, the front desk didn't ask for a good review, which I've never encountered in Japan before.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect right in front of the train station (Omorikaigan), which made getting around so easy. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Having coffee capsules for a quick morning brew. Also, it’s super convenient having a combini (convenience store) just a few steps away. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay in Tokyo!

This was my first time staying at this hotel for 4 nights, and I found its pros and cons to be quite distinct. The location is directly across the street from Omorikaigan Station on the Keikyu Line, which is super convenient for getting to Haneda Airport. There's also a convenience store right outside the hotel to the right. About a 5-minute walk away, there's an Ito Yokado shopping mall with a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, and more. However, it's quite a walk to JR Omori Station, taking about 15 minutes. The front desk offers 24-hour service, and communication in English was smooth. The room size wasn't too small, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a capsule coffee machine. The only downside is that the hotel is on a main road, so there was some noise from passing cars at night. The breakfast area is spacious with a wide variety of food, but it can feel a bit crowded as there are often many tour groups dining at the same time.
