The large public bath in the basement was a great way to relax my tired body. I'd love to stay here again if I go to Yokohama. The staff were also very helpful and polite.

What looks to be an old building newly renovated. Quirky decor . Comfortable , but not in the greatest part of town and not a nice trek to and from the station .

Hotel is near to convenient store and shopping malls, and has a car park nearby. Room is spacious and amenities are provided upon check in. The group were happy with the stay.

Hotel is closed to Yokohama station. The hot spring at B1 level is fantastic. The room not big but its not the tiny Tokyo hotel, it is sufficient and comfortable. Everything is good. I did not choose the breakfast because many food options just 200m away.

The room was clean and a decent size, though I didn't end up using the bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station, making shopping and dining quite convenient.

Not far from Yokohama JR Station; clean and tidy; the bathroom on B1 is also very clean and comfortable.

Although the hotel room is a bit small, the facilities are all quite good, and the location is excellent. It's close to the subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. For breakfast, you can choose from Japanese, Chinese, or Western options. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

We were staying in Yokohama for 7 nights. We almost changed our hotel to another but we were too lazy to move. So we decided to stay 7 nights straight at the Hotel Plumm, which wasn't disappointing us. Adding up to a former review, facial foam and cream hoel selected to provide guests was quite high quality. Refers to the price on the shelf in a store as photo attached.

The room was small, but still big enough to open two 28-inch suitcases. Having a large public bath on the first basement level is quite rare for a Western-style hotel in Japan. The overall service was great. The disposable toiletries weren't the best, so I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush. If you're heading to the station with luggage during peak morning hours, it's about a 15-minute walk. The price is genuinely excellent, and everything else is pretty comprehensive. For a one-night stopover, this hotel offers great value for money.

Close to Yokohama station within 5minute walk. As this facility is on a little small street, the place is relatively calm. And the room is cozy and clean. It is not a kind of luxuary hotel but you will relax and have a good sleep here.

This is a very good hotel to stay if you are first time to Japan , reason is this hotel represents Japan culture , you get Japanese food, staff are humble.
I still feel International hotels need to have exposure to other country culture, food habit.
