The front desk had an English-speaking staff member, so check-in was smooth. The room size was perfect for one person, and there's a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport in the morning, which takes about 7-10 minutes to reach the terminal.

Facilities: Good. If the price difference between a standard and a deluxe room isn't too big, it's worth upgrading as it's much more spacious.
Cleanliness: The bathroom is quite large for a Japanese express hotel, and it's clean.
Environment: Besides the hotel's shuttle bus, you can also walk to the Keikyu Line. The shuttle bus is punctual.
Service: I didn't like the self check-in.

The location is fine. We had a twin room, and the beds were large with no gap in the middle. However, the price was a bit high.

Facilities: Excellent, with a direct shuttle to the airport, and pick-up/drop-off service available. Hygiene: As expected from Japanese hotels, spotlessly clean. Environment: The hotel is very well-maintained. Service: Exceptional, with free drinks and breakfast pastries on the first floor.

I specifically booked this hotel to catch an 8:30 AM flight. It's very close to Haneda Airport, and there's a shuttle bus every half hour. The staff were very helpful with luggage, and their service was excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Terminal 3 from the hotel, which is super convenient. Plus, there are two 24-hour restaurants right across the street, so finding food is really easy.

Very small bed. But I stayed only for 1 night. There was a strand of hair on the bed. The toilet is huge. There was free shaver , toothbrush at the lobby. Good and short stay. I left early the next morning.

You can see it right after exiting the subway. Check-in is self-service, and the airport shuttle experience was great.

Food is tip top. No regrets coming here! Hotel staff said there's no good food in this area but this store proved them wrong!
Order the karaage. Lots of sauces to try from.

They have an English menu. The karaage chicken was delicious. Such good variety too, I think we had a zechuan flavor. It's nice that they have a carry out window. Long days on foot make it nice to relax to a hot meal in your own home.
