i stay 3times there i love the room and esp.the food but this time i dont like the room.its very small for 3person like the other times i stay only 2person but the room is big now it's 3person it's very very unconvience.😡😡😡
Although it is a renovated facility, it has the quality of Oedo Onsen and the interior is very beautiful.
The buffet is also enjoyable with a wide variety of local dishes.
Unfortunately, on the first day, another large open-air bath was under renovation. Although the room had a bed, the air conditioner was still the old-fashioned one, and the sound was a bit too noisy.
It would have been nice to have bowling alley.
I was glad that we could enjoy the summer festival events inside the building.
I'd like to use it again.
I was able to relax. The food was also satisfying... but the line for the seafood bowl at breakfast was terrible.
I had an old acquaintance's wake in Nasu-Shiobara at short notice, and had been curious about the hot springs there, so I decided to go.
The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.
There were lots of baths to enjoy.

Compared to other Route Inns, it is smaller overall (building, parking lot, rooms, large public bath, dining room, coin laundry, vending machine corner, etc.), but the staff are very friendly and it is comfortable.
My go-to place for Nishinasuno stays: Hotel Route Inn Dai-ni Nishinasuno.
I was surprised to see automated check-in. 😳
It's always nice to have a large public bath! ♪
If you check in early, the public bath is all yours! 😍
I warmed up slowly and prepared for the evening drinking party (lol). 🍻
The building itself is quite old, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. 🥳
The sofas and other amenities...
The image is very clean and the breakfast is good. It is next to the main road and there is a Yoshinoya nearby. The food there is more affordable and delicious. Recommended to come again next time.
Not friendly to foreingers.
Be especially careful with rip-off charges.
I thought the bathroom wasn't a large public bath.
The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and there is an indoor hot spring, which is a good choice.

Although it's not a new hotel, the guest rooms, baths, and dining area were all very clean and comfortable. The complimentary drinks and ice cream in the lobby on the first floor were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes. We would definitely like to stay here again for a family trip.
This was my first time staying at a hotel. My first impression was that there was no one at the front desk. They let you check in using a tablet and then let you into your room. I didn't know how to use the tablet, so after about 30 minutes of fiddling around, they finally printed out a check-in form. When I got to my room, there was no explanation of where the hotel's facilities were; I had to look...
I think it was enough for 3 stars hotel but at the breakfast time, we had to wait for the table so it would be amazing if I didn’t have to wait for the table but overall it was pretty good! And they have free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel so that was good. Food was really good too especially Sukiyaki was amazing!
Advantages: There are restaurants across the street and convenience stores nearby. It has four individual baths and is clean and hygienic. The scenery is beautiful.
Disadvantages: Parking is inconvenient as it requires being 700 meters away in a parking lot. Breakfast options are limited.
This was my first time using this hotel. I chose it because of the good reviews. It was almost as good as the reviews said, but there were six stink bugs in the room. This is a major drawback. I think there may be a problem with the ventilation system during cleaning. I would appreciate it if you could improve this.
It was nice, but there was nothing around. However, the bath was amazing. So overall, it was pretty good. There were a few too many bugs, though.

I definitely want to go again!
Even though we had children, we were able to relax and the staff were very kind. This time, we only had breakfast, but it was delicious!
Overall, it was good, but the facilities are a bit outdated.
The facility had been renovated and was clean, but there were insects that bothered me.
The customer service was very pleasant and I would like to use them again.
The food was very tasty and well prepared.
The toilets were a bit smelly.
Please note that there are no places to eat within walking distance.
I used a day trip hot spring. The soba was delicious with the lunch set. In addition, there are two EV chargers in the facility, and I charged them during my stay.

It’s spacious and clean, location is quite far from everything except from convenience store as well as the main train station in Nasu.
It’s five stars for what it is (a small hotel in a rural area); good Breakfast; smallish rooms, but typical really.
Recommend, very good staff and breakfast is delicious.
Great place for an afternoon lunch. The salad bar is fresh, and the dessert us always lovely. I'd recommend making a reservation because it can get a little crowded on the weekends.
The Tochigi beef for dinner was really good, the waiting time for breakfast was not so good. Too small restaurant for offering breakfast in the morning.

Everything from the arrival to the departure we felt right at home. Rooms and onsen were very nice, the welcome drinks a nice added feature and the dinner and breakfast were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely come again.
Loved everything about this accommodation. Amazing food and onsen
Stayed in the rooms called 'Bettei Rikka'. They have a private bath in their balcony. So we could enjoy hot spring at anytime we want. Also the service staffs are really kind for us.
The food, the service from the staff, and the flowing river in front of the inn were soothing. I would like to go again.
The room was Japanese-style and the experience was great. Being in the mountains was so relaxing; you couldn't see a soul, haha. Aside from a slight odor from the hotel, everything else was perfect. Those who like off-the-beaten-path experiences should definitely give it a try!

I think it's a great deal, but recently it's the same everywhere, they ask you about your meal time as soon as you arrive, and your desired time is filled up quickly, so you have to allocate your time based on that, which I find a bit disappointing.

I have been using it for a long time. Since the corona sickness has calmed down, this is worth it even in the buffet style, so I will revisit. But unfortunately. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, which is inconvenient.
Budget hotel, the room had a mountain view
The dining environment was not good, I ate surrounded by elderly people in a space that resembled the dining room of a nursing home.
The building is old, but it was well-cleaned.
There are plenty of baths, including many private ones, so you can enjoy yourself, but be careful as some baths do not provide shampoo or other amenities.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of menu items and was very satisfying.
The room felt a little old, but it was spacious and comfortable. The heating was weak, so it was a little cold at night.
Regarding cleanliness, when I moved the cushion aside, I found a foreign object the size of a small plum, which caused a fuss, but it turned out to be a dried flower petal!
Location is quite far from local access so by car is more convenient.
Room is very spacious but a bit old style a little renovation is needed.
AC is quite far from the beds so not all convenient during summer time, atleast a fan need to be provided or need to move the beds towards AC.

There are lots of food shops nearby and it's close to the station. It would be nice if there was a hot spring within walking distance. I went to Nogi Onsen by bicycle.
Convenient location right in front of the station. The building and facilities are old, but it's fine for business use. However, there seems to be no Wi-Fi in the annex, so please check at the time of reservation.
It was my first time using it. I had a problem with the TV remote control, so I asked the front desk for help, and they responded promptly. The customer service was smiling and made me feel very comfortable.
