Hotel New Momiji in Nasushiobara

It's about 2 hours and 30 minutes by express train from Kita-Senju.
Local buses depart from Kamimiyori Shiobara Onsenguchi Station, making it convenient for young people without cars.
There are no supermarkets near the hotel; only convenience stores and independent shops are available, both within a 10-minute walk.

[Pros]
The staff are extremely friendly, and the hotel and guest rooms are always kept clean.
Reservations for karaoke, table tennis, and private baths can be made from 1:00 PM on the day.

[Concerns]
I stayed in a room on the third floor, and the walls were thin, so I could clearly hear conversations and the TV in the next room. There's a restaurant on the floor below, so even the sound of chairs being dragged around was quite loud. This might not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.

The rice served at dinner smelled so bad I lost interest. It had no texture at all, and for some reason it was crumbly, like fried rice. I wondered if it was rotten, or if they were mixing something into the rice to make it look like new rice. When I told the female staff member about it, she responded with a displeased look on her face, which was unpleasant.
It's annoying to be treated as if you're being given leftovers even though you're paying a lot of money.

I think it's a great deal, but recently it's the same everywhere, they ask you about your meal time as soon as you arrive, and your desired time is filled up quickly, so you have to allocate your time based on that, which I find a bit disappointing.

This time we stayed for 2 nights. The room bath is as usual (^-^), but this meal is not good ... Shirasu Yanagawa instead of Kamameshi? The color of the tuna was bad for the sashimi ... I was disappointed ... The crab shabu-shabu was thin but delicious. I want to be a little more impressed with table dishes!
After that, why don't we let the customers lower everything they ate ... even though they are coming to relax

Within the ITO EN Group, the cleanliness and buildings are also beautiful, and I think it was good.
I was looking forward to the meal because it was a half buffet, but I was surprised at the shirasu egg (Yanagawa ..., but it was the egg binding.) bottom.
With all-you-can-drink, beer ran out on the way, there was no coffee, and I was wondering if coffee would come out in the morning, but without it! ️

Moreover, since the room was on the river side, I was wondering if I could enjoy the flow of the river below, but I was very disappointed with the river across the road from the parking lot. Perhaps because of the corona in the bath and dressing area, there was no hair dryer, no cotton swabs, and the price was on Saturdays and Sundays, so it wasn't really cheap, so I thought it might be the second time.
