The room was clean and hygienic, the staff were friendly, the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the WiFi speed was the best and fastest I had during this trip. I would stay here again!

Stayed in the rooms called 'Bettei Rikka'. They have a private bath in their balcony. So we could enjoy hot spring at anytime we want. Also the service staffs are really kind for us.

Everything from the arrival to the departure we felt right at home. Rooms and onsen were very nice, the welcome drinks a nice added feature and the dinner and breakfast were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely come again.

The food, the service from the staff, and the flowing river in front of the inn were soothing. I would like to go again.

The room was Japanese-style and the experience was great. Being in the mountains was so relaxing; you couldn't see a soul, haha. Aside from a slight odor from the hotel, everything else was perfect. Those who like off-the-beaten-path experiences should definitely give it a try!

You can't enter the hotel until 3 pm, and you have to clean it up before that time. You can only check in at 3 pm before. This is the first time that I can’t enter the hotel if I arrive early! There are not many service staff, maybe they are too busy. However, the room was not bad. Dinner was delivered to the room, and a Chinese girl served us. It is rare to have a Chinese-speaking waiter in such a remote place. There is a self-service bar in the lobby, where you can take drinks at will.

After visiting the grave, I stretched my legs and stayed at Shiobara Onsen.
The baths and food were both very good.
The people at the inn were also kind and welcoming.
I'll be staying with you again.

The town looks like a ghost town, and you can't see any ghosts during the day. But this hotel is great, there is no bad service, and the dinner is amazing. I am very grateful to the Chinese girl in the restaurant and the shy front desk guy who doesn’t speak English. Although I didn’t see the scenery here in early winter, But I don’t regret coming!
