Yutorelo Nasushiobara in Nasushiobara

This was my first time staying at a hotel. My first impression was that there was no one at the front desk. They let you check in using a tablet and then let you into your room. I didn't know how to use the tablet, so after about 30 minutes of fiddling around, they finally printed out a check-in form. When I got to my room, there was no explanation of where the hotel's facilities were; I had to look at the QR code on the printed form to find the facilities. Even checking in was impossible for someone without a smartphone. I had no idea where the dining room or bathroom were. The front desk phone number on the printed form was a cell phone number, and guests were responsible for any phone calls to the front desk. No matter how many times I called, the number went to voicemail. I couldn't get through at all. I seriously questioned whether this was really a customer service business. In the event of an emergency, you couldn't contact the front desk, and it was unclear where the front desk was. It was essentially like asking someone to call an ambulance on their own. Furthermore, the only evacuation route sign was a small picture on the inside of the entrance door, which was difficult to see in the dark, and there were no signs for evacuation exits in the hallway. In the unlikely event of a fire, you would not know where to escape and would be in great danger. As such, this is not a hot spring inn that I would recommend to anyone.

This was my first time using this hotel. I chose it because of the good reviews. It was almost as good as the reviews said, but there were six stink bugs in the room. This is a major drawback. I think there may be a problem with the ventilation system during cleaning. I would appreciate it if you could improve this.
