Hotel is on the best location in American Village. Very convenient to everything - restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars, cinema, and a nearby mall. the hotel staff are very hospitable and helpful to all their guests

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good

Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive

Good View Breakfast quite Disappointed

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive

Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient

We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄 This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa

The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive

Best hotel stay! I was very comfortable during my entire 30 day stay. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Mizuki at the front desk was cute and very helpful and spoke very good English

We also asked the front desk for some suggestions on restaurants in the area and they were more than willing to provide their local opinion. The room is even more spacious than the picture do justice

Attended breakfast (Okinawan style). Huge rooms! Only two rooms per floor, so you have picture windows out of three sides of the building, with a porch which runs on two of the sides

In a self-service hotel, the TV in the room can indeed be called a "theatre" - super big... The attached parking lot is also very convenient, and it is close to American Village, so it is easy to find food.

Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive

Parking is 1000yen per day, expensive. Location is beside the beach, surroundings mostly residential properties with no convenience stores nearby. Good service by front desk reception when checking in

We had a fantastic stay in Chatan. The rooms are outdated as most of the hotels in the island but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had to work as well and the internet worked perfectly

The location is right outside American Village, very near to McDonald’s and A&W, the staff doesn’t speak English so it’s much better to communicate with them through email in English

Really spacious and comfortable! It has a washing machine and dryer, which is amazing! The soundproofing isn't great at night, but overall it's excellent! There's also a 24-hour parking lot downstairs for 400 JPY, which is a great bonus! The fireworks were beautiful too

However, the washing machine produces some lint; clothes come out with lint. Check-in is self-service, so I didn't see any staff. The pillows aren't very comfortable. Each person is provided with a towel and toothbrush

The hotel was like a single room in an apartment. The toilet and bathroom were separate and it was very spacious. When I stayed with four friends, they provided us with cots.

The location is great, very close to American Village. It's an apartment-style residence. The room is spacious and has a kitchen, which is a big plus

The only downside is that the noise from the biker gangs at night is incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep or even waking you up! Saturday night was particularly extreme, with noise from 11 PM until 5 AM! It lasted all night, so incredibly loud! This really impacts sleep when you're on a self-drive trip

The TV is big, and above all, it was a nearby hotel where you can eat out at any time, such as American Village and ramen shops. Personally, I'm the number one I've traveled to Okinawa four times I think it was fun

American Village, Aeon, Daiso, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Lawson and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Reception is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; please email them if you plan to check in later

I was able to travel to Okinawa! The room is a nice apartment. It's like, the facilities are fully equipped, there are two toilets, and it was a family of five, but I was able to use it without being crowded

This time I booked a family room with a gaming area and stayed for two nights. I felt it was excellent value for money! It's also very close to American Village.

The foundation digging next door is underway, starting promptly at 8 am. If you move in soon, you definitely won't be able to sleep in; you'll have to get up at your work hours

There weren't enough parking spaces downstairs at the hotel, so I had to park in the second parking lot. Luckily, the second parking lot wasn't far away, and I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.
