Conveniently located near American Village, with direct views of the ocean and beach. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The complimentary bath salts were a nice touch, and the souvenir gift was also good. The area around the hotel is quite lively from Friday to weekend evenings, and there are fireworks on Saturday nights.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was small, and even the bed was small... It's ridiculous that their own facilities weren't open. We had to go to the Hilton next door just to swim or have dinner.

I was there for work but I was so relaxed I forgot about it and I was very pleased that the staff couldn't leave the room given the situation. Eggs Benedict for breakfast! If you ask, please do it and I was able to reduce the losses in Hawaii!

This hotel is located in the heart of the American Village in Chatan. There are many western restaurants within walking distance. The room is clean and has a lovely patio to relax in. The customer service was exceptional and very friendly. The amenities such as the pool and breakfast buffet were great. Will definitely come back again!

I stayed with my family for the 4th Okinawa Hinode Discovery campaign. The polite attention and care from all the staff was wonderful and I was able to spend a relaxing time with my family. Thank you for providing services such as cleaning bottles and baby food for my son (7 months old). We had dinner at the nearby Hilton and breakfast at the Double Tree. Since the hotel is next to the sea, you can hear the pleasant sound of the waves from the room. At night, you can walk around the beautifully illuminated city.
