Sunset Resort Mihama in Chatan

Really spacious and comfortable! It has a washing machine and dryer, which is amazing! The soundproofing isn't great at night, but overall it's excellent! There's also a 24-hour parking lot downstairs for 400 JPY, which is a great bonus! The fireworks were beautiful too.

Nice hotel and family friendly..

The apartment matched the official photos. Parking was limited, and the entrance/exit was quite narrow, making it a bit challenging to park if you have a larger family car. Being close to the main road, the noise from sports cars or 'bosozoku' (biker gangs) at night could affect sleep.

Downstairs, there's a Family Mart, and nearby you can find Tenkaippin Ramen or other chain sushi restaurants.

The location is great, very close to American Village. It's an apartment-style residence.
The room is spacious and has a kitchen, which is a big plus.
However, the washing machine produces some lint; clothes come out with lint. Check-in is self-service, so I didn't see any staff. The pillows aren't very comfortable. Each person is provided with a towel and toothbrush. The bathroom has full bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

The room was excellent, we loved it! We would love to stay here again!

This resort-style apartment hotel offers fully equipped rooms with refrigerators, kitchenware, dining tables, washing machines, dryers, and bathtubs, making it ideal for families or couples. However, it's located on a major thoroughfare, so weekend nights can be filled with commuters. Those with sleep problems should be wary.

I compared the prices to hotels near American Village, but decided to stay here, even though it was a bit of a walk. It only takes about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to get to American Village. There's also parking nearby, so driving is a breeze.

It was great to be able to wash and dry my wet clothes after a few days of rain or playing in the water! The washer and dryer were a fantastic choice.

There were one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed, so four people could sleep comfortably. (The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was worth it for the price.)

There was a convenience store right in front, so the kids had a blast raiding the place every morning and evening. The ramen restaurant right next door was delicious, too. 👍🏻
The parking lot was also ample and convenient.

I actually thought it was a good decision to stay here instead of the American Village Hotel. It was quiet, easy to get to, and the price was reasonable.

I didn't contact you in advance for check-in on the first day, but I arrived around 8:30.

The indoor space is very large 👍, the toilet and bathroom are separated, and the bathroom space is sufficient. There is a washing machine and a small kitchen, so cooking breakfast by yourself is definitely not a problem
