Great location

I loved it here. A great budget option that is proximal to the Kagoshima Ferry, the Shinkansen, and the local city tram. There's a parking lot and convenience store attached to the location. They have English, Chinese, and Korean support here as well. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of items and they're all fine, I would go for it again. The rooms themselves are clean, they have additional amenities for them near the front desk.

There is no parking at the hotel. We have to park at one of the carpark before unloading the luggage to the hotel. Upon check in then we were told where we should park to get a discount which is further and inconvenient. The location is just beside the shopping mall. All others are good

Really bad rooms with poor cleanliness. The bathroom and toilets are very old and filthy. Not recommended at all.

We stayed in Kagoshima for 3 days and this was a very nice hotel.
We paid a good price for the service received.
The staff is kind and helpful.

The rooms are simply dirty. The sheets seem fine however the room and the bathrooms are dusty and just dirty. The standard seems to be lower than other hotels in the same range.

It's been a while since I've been to Richmond, as the hotel was usually closed! The room was spacious and I was very satisfied!

Location is at Tenmnokan - very convenient!
Breakfast variety is great - value and delicious!
All staff are friendly and helpful - super!

For those who are driving, need to park at carpark beside hotel - not free
Restricted time to drive in front of hotel due to walking street.

The staff were friendly and nice! I asked for their names, but they forgot them again ㅠㅠ When I did my laundry, I accidentally put it in the dryer, so I asked the reception for help, and they were quick and friendly. Thank you!💓
The breakfast was also delicious. They even had local Kagoshima cuisine, so I was satisfied every morning.

Decent stay at Hotel Mystays. We stayed for 2 nights in comfortable and very clean rooms.

Beds were nice and comfortable, bathroom was small but clean and well setup.

Staff is kind and helpful, they offer discounted 24h parking if you come with a car.

Hotel is well located, about 15 minutes walk from ferries to Sakurajima and 1 min walk from many konbinis and festaurants
