Clean, larger than average room for Japan. Good breakfast and right I the centre of the bar, restaurant and entertainment area. really good location and value.

It’s a good location, the room is average, the staff can speak English well. The only complaint I have is their WiFi signal, it is so weak it’s not usable.

Super Iconic hotel and very comfortable to stay in! We were here for two nights and would totally recommend this to whoever visiting Kagoshima

Public seperate bath at the top floor (13F), free ice cubes, parking is 1000JPY per night, there are washing machine and drying services, get the rooms that face sakurajima! A huge shopping mall just right across the hotel!

Perfect for a relaxing Kagoshima getaway. The shuttle service is super convenient for exploring the city, and combined with a one-day transport pass, a two-night stay is just right

The hotel's on-site hot springs are also very comfortable, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning!

The onsen is located at the roof and you can view Volcano Sakurajima and sun rise there

Helpful stuff assisted me with booking a restaurant. No public bath available. Rooms and TV a bit tiny, could benefit from some renovation but good enough for a short stay.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at Remm. The staff are super courteous and helpful. I got a room on the 11th floor, so there was a good city-view and the single room was perfect for one person.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and felt so comfortable that I stayed more in my room than visiting the city ! At my checkin the receptionist saw I am a cyclist and he immediately suggested that I leave my bike in the luggage area, without having to request, which is exceptional when you travel by bicycle

The location is super convenient, with the airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. From the hotel lobby, you can see Sakurajima volcano, which is constantly active, erupting smoke every evening. Definitely worth it!

The room was decent, not too small. We could fit two suitcases by moving the table. The volcano view was absolutely stunning; we even saw an eruption on our first day, making the observatory mountain feel unnecessary

The location is excellent, right outside the JR station. The deluxe room is more spacious, but the bathroom is still very, very small. The bed is quite large and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is served until 9 AM.

The room invironment was good, free WiFi. Mountain was viewable from our room. Station was near around 5 minutes walking. They also serve complementary breakfast.

5mins' walk to Kagoshimachuo Station. Could hear trains passing by now and then but it doesn't really affect sleep. We stayed for two nights and got slightly different breakfast options each morning which is a plus!

This hotel offers excellent value for money, costing less than 300 yuan, but boasts a superb location with a view of the Ferris wheel from the window and a 2-minute walk to the station

The location is super convenient, right outside the subway exit. It's a standard Japanese business hotel, quite good.

Since the air-conditioner could generate only the hot air, I had to open the window but it was not noisy. Toilet was comparatively bigger than other hotels at the same level. Price was good Could communicate in English

Exit thru BIC Camera is so close to the hotel. There is a Seattle’s Best Coffee near this exit which is very helpful to us. Also, staff allowed us to check-in 30 minutes early which is so nice

Breakfast was included in the room rate; the average price for a double bed was about NT$1850 per night. Breakfast was simple but filling. Coffee was available 24 hours a day

I didn't take a picture of the room. For reference, other people, everything else is fine, but the toilet in the bathroom is really small. I only fit my butt in it, so I took a picture because of the station

If you drink, you can probably get a seat here. That said, it wasn't noisy at night. There are vending machines and microwaves on the 5th and 10th floors. There's a washing machine on the 10th floor

At southern part of Kagoshima city, it's a bit far from downtown. But the adjacent Marine restaurant Compira Maru is very nice. Fresh sashimi and sushis of various marine delicacies are available at reasonable price.

[Cleanliness] The same level as a general business hotel, neither good nor bad. [Service] Nothing worth mentioning. For some reason, you have to bring the necessary number of toothbrushes, razors, combs, etc

An economical way to get there is to use the city bus, but it is also far from the nearest stop (Omido), and you have to walk about 1km after that, so the location is not good in that sense

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. FYI, parking facilities only able to accommodate small vehicle. No worries, external parking is within walking distance.

It is situated at the corner of the arcade quarters, so it is very comfortable to walk almost anywhere under the roof that protects you from both sun and rain

Walking distance from ferry to Sakurajima and toppy/rocket port to Tanegashima and Yakushima (sadly, no arcades on that stretch of distance)

This hotel, run by JR, boasts an unbeatable location right inside Kagoshima-Chuo Station. It's literally a one-minute walk from the Shinkansen exit

Check-in is also on the second floor, and they offer free luggage storage if you arrive early. Breakfast is a Japanese-style buffet on the first floor and quite substantial

What truly stands out is the front desk, which consistently has four or five staff members on duty, giving the hotel a genuinely high-class feel

I stayed in a single room, and there's an extra door between the room and the main corridor, which made it very quiet. The airport bus stop is very close to the hotel, just two traffic lights away

Also close to the river which has a nice footpath along it; ideal for a good run or walk. There is on site parking run by a couple of very friendly, efficient and helpful guys

As always with APA, a safe bet for a good hotel. Location is brilliant; less than 5 minutes from the railway station and within walking distance of many of the sights in town

Room size is good for the price paid. However, the room carpet needs to be more thoroughly vacuumed. There’s lots of dirt particles in the carpet

For dinner, I had a sashimi set meal at the restaurant in the hotel. It was filling and tasty, but the sashimi itself was small, which was disappointing. For breakfast, the satsumaage and carpaccio were excellent

The environment is quiet, the place and facilities are clean, the bathing facilities are very good, and there is ample free parking. It would be even better if the restaurant could be opened for guests to use

An absolutely perfect hotel! There's a shuttle bus every half hour to the station and the Tenmonkan shopping area. Plus, you can buy a cute pass for a one-day tour right at the front desk, which is super convenient

After taking the airport bus to Central Station, you can find the hotel shuttle bus stop within 30 meters. The shuttles from Shiroyama and Hilton alternate

The hot spring bath area was quite large overall, but the outdoor section felt a bit small. Breakfast was very crowded, with many locals staying there

I strongly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima—one of Japan’s most active volcanoes—as waking up to this dramatic landscape is truly priceless

The initial customer service representative had a rather indifferent attitude, but then another representative stepped in who was much more willing to please the customer, even offering compensation in the form of points

Has a very good view of Sakurajima. Bit far from Kagoshima-chou Station. They have a good breakfast though.
