The staffs are friendly and supportive. An old staff supported me to find a lost belonging in Bus with his best effort of contacting to the bus company.

There's a Lawson convenience store across the street from the hotel, and it's very close to Suizenji Park. The hotel facilities are a bit old.

The front desk provided very detailed instructions, the room was spacious, and the WiFi speed was quite good.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a sudden trip back home. Transportation was convenient and it was very helpful.
The price included breakfast so I didn't have high expectations, but it was delicious!

The room itself is nice, the service is very good, and the transportation is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from JR Shinsuizenji Station. Opposite is Izumi Shrine. It is nice to walk around the courtyard in the morning. There is Lawson across the street. You can take the Kumamoto tram and get off at Kokufu Station.

It's about 15 minutes by tram and foot from Kumamoto Station. It's a little disappointing that there is some mold in the bath. It's cheap and includes breakfast, so I'd like to use it again if I have the chance.

The location was good and check-in was available at any time, which was very helpful.
The parking lot is a multi-storey car park, so it was a little inconvenient that once you entered you couldn't get out... (although maybe you could get out if you asked)

Because it was a holiday in Japan during the peak season when I booked the room.
There was only one room left and we booked a smoking room.
The smell of smoke is so strong that even an air purifier cannot reduce it.
Please read it carefully when booking a room.
But the service staff's attitude is very good

I stayed here on a business trip. Transportation was convenient and there was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so I had a comfortable stay. It's also nice that it's close to Suizenji Park for strolling.
