Satisfactory stay n expected due to price

It was a wonderful room!

This was my first time staying here.
The staff were very friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The bed had a memory foam mattress pad and memory foam pillow.
I slept soundly.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here for my child's entrance exam preparation.
I had something I wanted to confirm before my stay, so I called in advance. The staff there were very kind, polite, and pleasant, so even though it was my first time visiting the area, I was relieved.
The front desk staff at check-in and check-out were all very pleasant.
The room was clean, and the provided kettle and hair dryer were very useful. There were also plenty of self-service amenities, so I didn't feel inconvenienced during my stay.
The only downside is that the hotel is located along the train tracks, so noise may be a concern for some people during train times (but it wasn't an issue between the last train and the first train, so I didn't have any trouble sleeping in the middle of the night).
I think they did enough to make up for that.

It's about a 3-minute walk from Shin-Suizenji Station. The receptionist was very friendly. Unfortunately, the room faces the railway tracks, so there's some noise when trains pass by. The room isn't large, but it has quite a few amenities, making it difficult to open a suitcase. However, the bed and pillows are very soft. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options and is quite a good deal.

I highly recommend this hotel. The CP value is really high. If I go to Kumamoto again, I will stay at this hotel again. There is only one small drawback, which is that the Internet speed at the hotel is a little slow. But overall, it is highly recommended.

Aside from the facilities feeling a bit dated, the location is good.

I'm a little hesitant about whether I'll use it again next time, though....
