A decent place for a few nights of traveling,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kamitori Street, and there's a fantastic ramen shop called Akama nearby. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and you can walk to the Kumamon Square and Kumamoto Castle.

Location was great, clean rooms and great staff service.

The room was nice, clean and peaceful for my solo 2 nights stay, and the bed and pillows were really soft and comfortable. The toilet is slightly small but it was clean. My stay also came with free breakfast, which I felt was just average as the japanese selection was on the saltier side. The location was a bit far off as I had to take the tram from the Kumamoto station with my luggage and walk a bit...

This is a great hotel, perfectly situated in Kumamoto city center with numerous attractions in the vicinity.

This hotel is centrally located in Kumamoto, with easy access to both bus and tram stations. There's also a convenience store conveniently located right downstairs. The rooms are slightly larger than typical hotel rooms, spotlessly clean, and fresh. The pricing is reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

I had plans to stay at Sears Yume Hall (Kumamoto Civic Hall). I took a limousine bus from the airport to the Sakuramachi Bus Terminal in Sakuramachi Kumamoto, and it only took about 10 minutes to get there. The drive through the downtown area, with its free information center and clubs, gave me a slightly intimidating impression, but once I left the arcade, it became very quiet and I was relieved to...

NIce Hotel, there breakfeats is really good, would recommend. The staff is really nice even if you don't speak japanese. The loctaion is great, a lot of good resturants are close and one of the biggest bus terminals is like 5 minutes by foot.

This time, I stayed here with a friend. It was in a good location, very close to the downtown area. It was clean and I was very satisfied.

The rest is pretty good overall, with a good breakfast and service, but it's too small. It feels small even for one person. It would be better if it could be a little bigger. It's too stingy.

Very good experience, highly recommend the buffet breakfast, the freshly baked croissants with curry are great, the hotel location is also very convenient, although there is no subway in Kumamoto, you can take the city tram to Kumamoto Station. Very convenient and standard business hotel, close to the city center, with a convenience store on the first floor. The room is ok and clean. I feel very comfortable. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms, but there is no peculiar smell. The furniture and equipment seem to have just been updated. The staff was very prompt and the breakfast was delicious. The price is cheap too!

The staffs are friendly and supportive. An old staff supported me to find a lost belonging in Bus with his best effort of contacting to the bus company.

There's a Lawson convenience store across the street from the hotel, and it's very close to Suizenji Park. The hotel facilities are a bit old.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a sudden trip back home. Transportation was convenient and it was very helpful. The price included breakfast so I didn't have high expectations, but it was delicious!

The room itself is nice, the service is very good, and the transportation is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from JR Shinsuizenji Station. Opposite is Izumi Shrine. It is nice to walk around the courtyard in the morning. There is Lawson across the street. You can take the Kumamoto tram and get off at Kokufu Station.

It's about 15 minutes by tram and foot from Kumamoto Station. It's a little disappointing that there is some mold in the bath. It's cheap and includes breakfast, so I'd like to use it again if I have the chance.

A beautiful hotel with large rooms and good service, the staff are happy to help wherever they can. A bus stop and a tram are nearby. A large mall is also within walking distance.

I used it because it was close to the downtown area and the conference and dining venues, but the only negative thing was that the overseas guests were noisy. Other than that, I guess it's worth the price. I think the cleanliness is acceptable for that price. It can't be compared to the cleaning done in Japan.

It's a 5-minute walk from the airport bus stop, in an alley next to an arcade, behind a department store, and within 20 minutes of walking to the south gate of Kumamoto Castle. It's the perfect location for sightseeing in Kumamoto.

The location is super convenient, and the staff are really friendly. There's a communal hot spring bath on the second floor, and the first-floor restaurant area offers complimentary drinks for guests. Be sure to avoid this hotel... The air conditioner blows towards your head and cannot be adjusted. And they don't provide mineral water, razors, etc. The quilt cover is not changed... I slept on the other side and still had a headache the next day. There is only one small elevator in the whole building...very slow. But it is very close to the JR station.

The hotel location is a bit outside of the city. But next to the road and has lots of parking. The staff take good care of the service. Cleanliness is adequate. Walk far from convenience store. As for the appliances in the hotel, they are as standard.

It's located along a main road and is easy to get to. The facilities in the building are minimal, but they are new and clean. It's also nice that there are several 7-Eleven stores nearby.

Great value! Room is not big but has everything you need. You may rent some items, e.g. humidifier or hangers, from the front desk. ¥200 for washing machine and ¥100 per 30 minutes for dryer. We stayed in the furthest room from the elevator and the WiFi kept disconnecting.

Super convenient location, very high price-quality ratio. The rooftop with view on the castle is a nice surprise.

The lack of a regular desk and the presence of a bathroom in the room is quite unique. I didn't mind it much this time since I didn't spend much time in the room, but it might be a little inconvenient for someone who wants to do some work. The front desk area had a nice atmosphere with lots of books. It's a shame I didn't have more time to look around.

Although there are some shady streets, you can easily get there from the main roads, so I think the location is good. There is a shopping street within walking distance, and a convenience store nearby.

It's a bit far from the city center, near Suizenji. The nearby Rocky Mart was great for browsing. There were a lot of things cheaper than at convenience stores. The accommodations were really old-fashioned. It was a smoking room, so there was a strong smell of cigarettes, but considering the price, I was satisfied as a solo traveler. I've stayed at this hot spring hotel a few times and I really like it. It's conveniently located and inexpensive. It's a very traditional hot spring hotel with access control; you have to return the key when you leave!

I went with my mom. The location was perfect, and the accommodation had a unique atmosphere. The room was larger than most hotels, and there was a table in the room, so we could comfortably enjoy beer and other snacks. We used the large public bath, and the water was wonderful. After a long walk, soaking in the warm water made me feel much less tired the next day. The breakfast was also very satisfying

The hotel has a vintage feel and a very retro decor, but the hygiene is terrible. The pillows and comforters were yellowed and stained, and there was a musty smell in the room. Aside from the location, everything else is awful. Choose carefully.

The location was superb, within only 10 mins’ walk from major shopping facilities. There are also a multitude of quaint cafes and boutiques in the vicinity of the hotel, all of which deserve a visit. The hotel is located near Kumamoto Castle. Although you live on the 5th floor of the hotel, you cannot directly see Kumamoto Castle (there are other buildings blocking it in front). There are many parking lots near the hotel, and car rentals are available. There is a shopping street next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

There are many restaurants near this hotel, near the shop street. The hotel has a cooperative parking lot for 1,500 yen per night. This is the first time for our family to check in. Although the front desk staff did not speak English, they explained to us patiently and had a good service attitude. The room was small and the bathroom was small, but clean. We are quite satisfied with this price.

Parking expensive. My booking check in time 11pm,had to pay extra $200 to early check in.
