Very poor parking service!!!
At the first day, we’ve told the staff we need the parking the following day. The staff confirmed us and told us about the parking fee.
The second day, we would like to park the car but another staff asked us if we have the parking ticket. Surely we didn’t have since no one announced us. The staff said because our car is a big car (Noah) and there are no space for us to park. (He said there are 6 big car parking space only) and they are first come first serve.
While I asked if I can park behide the car in front of the hotel (see the attached picture as there was one black car) the staff said No and only can park One car there. So we had to find the other parking space by ourselves.
Surely, the other nights we also could not get the parking. However, the space in front of the hotel which the staff said can only park one car, I saw there were Two cars on the third night, Three cars on the fourth day. How come!!
On the last night, we finally got the parking since when we came back still have some parking space. But the staff asked us a lot of questions and some of them seems don’t allow us to park.
The staff really unhelpful and we are very disappointed!!

location was great. near to the shopping district. room is decent sized able to open 2large luggage. toilet was small. and wished there is more area to hang towel however upon request for clothes rack it was available. need a basket to collect used towels though

Extremely close to Kokusai Street, yet it's a quiet retreat. The staff at the entrance were always very friendly when we came and went. However, the front desk forgot to give us two breakfast vouchers during check-in, but luckily we noticed in time and they promptly provided them. Also, the room had sealed windows, which made the air circulation feel a bit poor, and the breakfast variety wasn't very extensive.

Location: About a 5-minute walk from Makishi monorail station, making it convenient to reach Makishi Market and the shopping street on foot. Kokusai Street is also not too far away.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Facilities: The pool is outdoors, and the public bath is a bit small, but the bathing area is clean. The room is quite spacious, and pajamas and a full set of toiletries are provided. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Naha, Okinawa.

The room was quite spacious, and I was assigned to the tenth floor, which offered a nice view. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room, and the coffee I made in the morning tasted good. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kokusai Street.

The room is small but exquisitely designed. It's very convenient for shopping and transportation. The only downside is the view, which is pretty average with too many buildings outside the window. If you have trypophobia, you might want to reconsider. Overall, it's a good place.

Good location in the heart of Naha downtown. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Room size is fine and can fit 4 luggages . Only down side is bathroom which is not big. It doesn’t bother me too much when I don’t take bath in hotel.

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The location is superb. Although there wasn't a Chinese-speaking front desk, we managed to communicate using a translation app. My only regret is that the breakfast isn't as rich as it was a few years ago when I last stayed here. Plus, the breakfast menu was exactly the same every day of my stay. I hope they can update it occasionally.

Extremely convenient hotel! I stayed here for 3 out of my 6 days in Okinawa. The location is at the quieter end of Kokusai Street, just a few minutes' walk straight down to the left when you exit. It's also only a few minutes from Makishi Station, and there's a supermarket conveniently nearby. The room was quite spacious; I could open both of my 28-inch suitcases completely. On my last day, I booked a club room. Check-in was on the 18th floor, and it included breakfast, snacks, drinks, and more. The service was superb, the view was great, and the room was very quiet. Housekeeping was also very proactive and excellent.
