Richmond Hotel Naha Kumoji, Naha1 / 22
8.9
Naha, 2-23-12 Kumoji (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, very close to the subway station. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they even offered free drinks and ice cream. For a Japanese hotel, the room size was quite generous.
The room was clean and quiet, and the service was good.
Second visit, great overall experience. Blue Seal ice cream all-you-can-eat and high-quality hotel supplies. Next to a 7-11 with many late-night snack options. Close to Kokusai Dori (International Street), about a 10-minute walk, with less noise at night.
Quality hotel, breakfast is delicious and you can get blue seal ice cream every day. My kid and I so enjoyed eating. ☺️@First floor has 7/11, it’s very convenient.
Very good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the monorail, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Breakfast is nice, and they even offer free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream, which is a lovely touch.
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times since 2015, and it has consistently been a convenient choice due to its fantastic location near the train station. The breakfast is enjoyable, though the restaurant can feel a bit cramped, especially when it's busy with travelers. During this visit, we noticed that the room seemed recently renovated—it was clean and free of the cigarette smell that we had...

Naha, 1-4-16,Matsuyama (in the centre) 🧭 Map
There was a large public bath, which was nice.
The location on Kokusai Street was quite convenient. I was also very satisfied with the large communal bath. However, disposable amenities like toothbrushes weren't automatically provided, so I had to request them directly from the front desk.
The bathroom had a moldy smell and didn't feel clean. I'm sensitive to smells so it didn't feel very good.
The APA Hotel Naha is a beautiful hotel made for exactly what you need. Especially if you're here for a business trip or pleasurable stay. The price are very affordable. If you would like to stay in the Naha area with the great shopping during the day. The night life in this area is just as close! Right on the beginning of Matsuyama, located next to a 7 Eleven 24 hours so cheap food and drinks are...
Good and clean also cheap. They've got world wide BBC news which was quite amusing. Totally worth the stay.

Naha, 3-6-1, Nishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room size was decent, though the furniture looked a bit dated. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. For just 300 yuan, it offered fantastic value for money.
very nice hotel, big parking space, quite convenient. A whale watching pick up spot
I forgot to bring my iPad. They call me immediately and kee It for me. Thank you so much.
Quite an old hotel. Plenty of car park available. Not easy for those traveller who dont rent car.
The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, including fish, meat, vegetables, and local specialties...
A hotel that leaves much to be desired. The decor and facilities are incredibly dated, reminiscent of Japan's Heisei era. During my three-day stay, I had to switch rooms four times, as every room had some issue, be it with the air conditioning or the windows/doors. The service, however, was decent, and they provided a complimentary room upgrade.

My stay in smile hotel was wonderful. My family wish we can stay for more days. I really enjoyed my stay. It's fell like home, because the staffs are kind and always smiling..
The hotel was very clean and hygienic, which was great. There are also many good dining options nearby.
The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms...
The nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor...
Aside from the small room where I could barely open my suitcase, everything else was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station.
The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, and Kokusai Street is only about a 10-minute walk. To the left of the hotel, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Fuzhou Garden. To the right, Naminoue Shrine is a 5-minute walk. The room space is also sufficient.

Have a good time. It is located right in the center of Kokusai Dori. Near to everything. Small but clean room. Water pressure's strong too. Staffs were very kind. Very convenient parking system.
Best location in town, in the heart of Kokusai dori. Very convenient for tourist, parking lot is available with charge. And breakfast is a must!!! Full of variety, international buffet and also okinawan style dishes.
my room is bigger than expected. the washing room is big enough and I like the mirror
There is no body towel. Need prepare own. Only one drinking water provided, no refill water in hotel
All good, location is the best with everything available just by its doorstep!
Room was relatively small, but it was a comfortable stay overall. Superb location located right along the shopping stretch. Hotel is also connected to a 7/11 which was very convenient.

Good location and good service
The hotel is near the monorail stop and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are slightly larger than typical in Japan. It's convenient that open suitcases fit neatly under the bed, allowing for easy movement around the room. The bed was soft, with four pillows; we slept well. The chair isn't a massage chair, but it reclines into a comfortable reclining...
Hotel area is convenient. Many rest nearby, Room is clean. Breakfast is basic but delicious. The massage chair is remarkable.
When I checked in, I was approached by someone at the counter next to me. They explained the Halloween campaign to the Japanese guests, but not to me. After I got to my room, when I put out the bath mat, a woman's hair came out. I was also bothered by the fact that the sink in the bathroom was taped down.
The staff in counter is not very warm hearted but OK and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. We would like to stay here next time in Okinawa because the room price is reasonable and the bed sheets and quilt are clean and smell nice and the location is near the bus station and also monorail station
The hotel was much nicer than I expected for the inexpensive price. There is parking service and a laundry room and it's literally a stone's throw away from the monorail station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport. Simple, basic and no frills but everything you need is on point.

the room is quite big and clean. They provided several different shampoos and hair products for guests to choose from the front desk which is nice! And the location is awesome, in the beginning of kokusai street and can get to the rail station within 5mins.
The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a great spot for day trips, close to the train station, convenience stores, drugstores, and even the famous A&W BBQ restaurant (Maki-ji Beef), Okinawan cuisine, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), steakhouses, and gift shops. The Makishi Public Market is also easily accessible. The staff are all very friendly and provide free water (no need to buy extra)...
Clean and very convenient place.
Good location A bit loud with many chinese tourist The parking downhill
Excellent location! The receptionists are polite and friendly. We had 2 rooms — they are aged but reasonably clean and comfortable. Anyway, we were out in Okinawa all day long so we really enjoy them.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property. The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront...
Conveniently located at one end of the shopping street, kokusai dori. Automated parking (¥1800/day), very easy and convenient. Laundry machines usually fully occupied during evening hours.

I've stayed at the Roynet near the Prefectural Office station before, and this time, traveling solo, I decided to try the other Roynet in Omoromachi. It's about a 30-minute monorail ride from the airport, getting off at the 11th stop. The hotel is located across from Duty Free, and it's a leisurely 15-minute walk from the station. The room this time was quite spacious, and all toiletries could be picked...
The hotel's location is superb! Diagonally opposite on the left is the 3A Department Store, and diagonally opposite on the right is the DFS store. The lobby is on the 9th floor, guest rooms are on the 10th floor and above, and the restaurant is at the very top of the building. Enjoying a meal there while taking in the views is a truly unique experience.
Great value for money. I extended my stay in the original room. All I had to do was go to the front desk in the morning to update my key card. The room is a good size, with enough space to open a suitcase. The decor is relatively new, and the soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. If you want housekeeping, you need to book it and stick the sticker on your door before 10 AM. The car...

The hotel's location is excellent, close to shopping malls, parks, and museums. The hotel is in a convenient location and rooms are clean, but amenities could be better. They only provide two bottles of water per day, which is not ideal when traveling with a young child. For families, this feels a bit inconvenient. Overall, decent stay, but improvements in guest comfort would make it much better.
The location is unbeatable. There are two convenience stores nearby with everything you could need, and plenty of great food options. It's very clean and hygienic; I'll definitely stay here again next time. The annex facilities are newer than the main building, and they offer luggage storage. As for hygiene, it was very clean.
We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk is quick in responding to our queries. Among our stays in Okinawa, this is the only hotel we face no issue in communicating.
Staying in the Anex building which is spacious and direct access to 7-11 across was Lawson. No changes to park In hotel as it always full. But there are several public carpark range from 1500 to 2000yen for 24hours parking. Breakfast and smoking room is located in main building which require to walk over (1min walk)
The hotel's location is excellent, and the annex rooms are very new, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's very close to the Prefectural Office Station, and Kokusai Dori is also within walking distance. The room size isn't small for Japan; you can open two suitcases. However, the service is mediocre because the front desk is usually unattended for self-checkout, making it hard to find help when needed
The room was a bit small and felt quite cramped for three people. The location was excellent, though – just a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, and there's a convenient bus stop right outside. There's also a large shopping mall with a supermarket nearby, great for picking up groceries or getting a break from Kokusai Dori's dining scene. The location of the hotel is good. It’s near the monorail station.
The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of the city center, steps away from the subway entrance. It's incredibly convenient to get to Kokusai-dori, Naha's most bustling street, and just a 20-minute drive from the outlet mall. Getting around couldn't be easier!
The hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and convenience stores, and only about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Dori. The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa.
The room isn't huge, but the location is great. It's close to Kokusai Dori and the monorail, and there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right next door. They offer free ice cream upon check-in, and there's an indoor onsen available for a relaxing soak.
The bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, which is a bit odd. There's no humidifier or air purifier in the room. I booked a twin room, but it was so small that the two beds were practically pushed together. Cleanliness: Just average. The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them. Service: Non-existent. Facilities: First off, the large public bath on the 13th floor of the hotel is fantastic in my opinion! It was so refreshing to come back every day and have a good soak. very good hotel and worth to stay . very convenience and near monorail station. good facilities, at least enough for normal guest requests. price is not high and highly recommend this hotel to others.
Starting from when I landed, let me describe the journey to the hotel. After international arrival, I walked through the domestic departure area to catch a public bus (not the monorail). Outside the exit, I looked for bus routes 99, 120 (and I think also 111), all of which go to the hotel (get off at Naha Bus Terminal). The hotel staff had great service, the location was easy to find and close to Kokusai Street. Soaking in the onsen was very relaxing, and the salt sauna was absolutely superb. If you're looking for an onsen experience in Okinawa, this is the place to go! 👍🏻
This hotel is conveniently located, well-equipped, and offers excellent value. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the onsen is relaxing and refreshing. The staff is attentive and friendly, making it a great choice for families and groups. Even if the front desk staff doesn't speak English, be aware of this.
Located close to Kokusai Street and with plenty of cheap drinking establishments, this hotel is perfect for business travelers, tourists, and solo travelers. There's also a hot spring♨️ to help you unwind after a long day of travel.
Clean and polite, very good location. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the Kokusai-dori shopping street is about 100 meters away.
The room was great, I've stayed there before and it's been updated a lot this time, all the facilities are great value for money. The small disadvantage is that the bathing place is always crowded and closes too early. I chose it just for the bathing place but couldn't enjoy it because it was too crowded. A bit of a pity
Don't expect the front desk to know any English, bring your own translator. The room is equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier, but the air outlet of the air conditioner blows towards the head. Although the room is equipped with a stove, no cooking utensils are provided. The overall hotel experience is OK, you get what you pay for, and it's very close to Kokusai-dori on foot.
