A hotel that leaves much to be desired. The decor and facilities are incredibly dated, reminiscent of Japan's Heisei era. During my three-day stay, I had to switch rooms four times, as every room had some issue, be it with the air conditioning or the windows/doors. When I checked in, I was approached by someone at the counter next to me. They explained the Halloween campaign to the Japanese guests, but not to me. After I got to my room, when I put out the bath mat, a woman's hair came out. I was also bothered by the fact that the sink in the bathroom was taped down.

The staff in counter is not very warm hearted but OK and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. We would like to stay here next time in Okinawa because the room price is reasonable and the bed sheets and quilt are clean and smell nice and the location is near the bus station and also monorail station

The hotel was much nicer than I expected for the inexpensive price. There is parking service and a laundry room and it's literally a stone's throw away from the monorail station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport. Simple, basic and no frills but everything you need is on point.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property. The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Don't expect the front desk to know any English, bring your own translator. The room is equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier, but the air outlet of the air conditioner blows towards the head.
