The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car
Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away
Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport
The hotel was very clean, and the stay was comfortable, with excellent service. However, the hot spring was really dirty, with all sorts of suspended particles. It was obvious the circulation system wasn't working well.
In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place!
Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!
The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered
Good location, short walking distance from Miebashi station, friendly and helpful staff. 7-11inside the hotel which is very convenient. You can enjoy free drinks and ice cream bar daily from 1-8pm. Highly recommended.
The room was clean and quiet, and the service was good.
Very good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the monorail, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Breakfast is nice, and they even offer free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream, which is a lovely touch.
Great location, very close to the subway station. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they even offered free drinks and ice cream. For a Japanese hotel, the room size was quite generous.
We have great time in there!! The hotel locates near by Kokusai-dori which is good spot for sightseeing. And hotel's service is very good!! I will use this hotel again!!
Quality hotel, breakfast is delicious and you can get blue seal ice cream every day. My kid and I so enjoyed eating. ☺️@First floor has 7/11, it’s very convenient.
They have 3 laundry machines and 3 dryer machines. Dryer machines take a long time to do but worked well. Possibilty to rent bicycle and car. I hardly give 10/10 but this one was really the best
Mercure Naha: More Than Just a Hotel, It's the Perfect Base for Family Explorations of Okinawa
For families traveling with toddlers and elderly relatives who need comfort, a hotel with an excellent location and full functionality is the cornerstone of the entire trip
This allowed us to wholeheartedly immerse ourselves in exploring the red tiles of Shurijo Castle, experiencing the bustle of Kokusai Dori, and savoring the sweet treats from street-corner ice cream shops without any worries
Service I select 4 because we checked in after 9pm and literally no chance use much their services but check in is Fast, there are all basic amenities needed like we on the same floor to retrieve water and ice dispenser
There is lift service so no problem taking big luggage. There is a family mart so we it is so convenient and we took a quick light dinner, many varieties from noodles, sushi, rice and they can helped you to heat it up
We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. The hotel is just next to monorail
Large parking space is available. Hotel is bit away from city center. By car it’s only 10mins or less. Very clean and comfortable.
Humidifier in the room is great for the winter.
Staff is fluent in English.
With a rental car, access is no issue at all. The location is quiet, and the hotel facilities and service are excellent. The parking fee is 1,500 yen per day.
😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!
The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.
I heard that the infinity pool is famous and used it. The pool is smaller than I expected but you can enjoy the view of Naha. The premier round is very good because you can freely consume alcohol and snacks
Thank you for everything! I met a lovely receptionist named Annie in the front office—she's a passionate lady. The location is great too, just a 20-minute walk to the city centre.
However, disposable amenities like toothbrushes weren't automatically provided, so I had to request them directly from the front desk
The location on Kokusai Street was quite convenient. I was also very satisfied with the large communal bath
Comfortable hotel, perfect space and perfect price.
Rooms small but was a good time. Friendly staff
This hotel had pros (good location, quiet, public bath) and cons (small room, hard bed, no ability to control the heating in the room, not as clean as one would expect). The check-in and out times are reasonable
The APA Hotel Naha is a beautiful hotel made for exactly what you need. Especially if you're here for a business trip or pleasurable stay. The price are very affordable
Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.
Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.
Thank you for always clean the room so much grateful
The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep
My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants
Staff of the hotel was super helpfull and kind. They spoke English really well and was easy going. Rooms where really clean and big with wonderfull view
The staff said because our car is a big car (Noah) and there are no space for us to park. (He said there are 6 big car parking space only) and they are first come first serve
The second day, we would like to park the car but another staff asked us if we have the parking ticket. Surely we didn’t have since no one announced us
How come!!
On the last night, we finally got the parking since when we came back still have some parking space. But the staff asked us a lot of questions and some of them seems don’t allow us to park
While I asked if I can park behide the car in front of the hotel (see the attached picture as there was one black car) the staff said No and only can park One car there
Very poor parking service!!!
At the first day, we’ve told the staff we need the parking the following day. The staff confirmed us and told us about the parking fee
However, the space in front of the hotel which the staff said can only park one car, I saw there were Two cars on the third night, Three cars on the fourth day
Much better then expected! In spite of the swimming pool been refurbished, the food and the kindness of the staff compensates and deserve a 5 stars! The chef of the hotel is very skilled! The breakfast buffet is the best I had till now in Japan with unexpected options such as peanut tofu, burguer bar, tacos, make yourself soba’s … the bar tender at the lounge makes perfect margaritas! the Chinese restaurant...
The two most outstanding things about this place is: 1) there service (everyone) and 2) the amazing breakfast buffet (well worth it). The location is convenient to everything: Kokusai-Dori (10-15 minute walk), airport
Fantastic hotel off the touristy area but in a convenient location. Hotel is currently under renovations and the new rooms are spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread is one of the nicest I have had anywhere
Also, there is a 7-11 inside which is very convenient!
If I stay in Naha again, I will definitely pick this place
Had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel. Highly recommended especially to those who value bigger rooms
This is a very nice hotel all around. A lot better than most American hotel rooms in terms of amenities
very nice hotel, big parking space, quite convenient. A whale watching pick up spot
Quite an old hotel. Plenty of car park available. Not easy for those traveller who dont rent car.
The breakfast area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, including fish, meat, vegetables, and local specialties, offering a wide variety to choose from
The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean
The room size was decent, though the furniture looked a bit dated. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety
It's well-equipped and even has a large shop on the ground floor. While it's a bit of a walk from the station, it's conveniently close to the beach, and Naminoue Shrine is also within easy walking distance
My stay in smile hotel was wonderful. My family wish we can stay for more days. I really enjoyed my stay. It's fell like home, because the staffs are kind and always smiling..
Breakfast is just okay, but using the room card coupon for the buffet restaurant on the first floor is a good deal, starting at 11:30 AM – highly recommended. For under 300, it's a no-brainer
The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, and Kokusai Street is only about a 10-minute walk. To the left of the hotel, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Fuzhou Garden
Aside from the small room where I could barely open my suitcase, everything else was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station.
The hotel was very clean and hygienic, which was great. There are also many good dining options nearby.
To the right, Naminoue Shrine is a 5-minute walk. The room space is also sufficient

Best location in town, in the heart of Kokusai dori. Very convenient for tourist, parking lot is available with charge. And breakfast is a must!!! Full of variety, international buffet and also okinawan style dishes.
Have a good time. It is located right in the center of Kokusai Dori. Near to everything.
Small but clean room. Water pressure's strong too.
Staffs were very kind. Very convenient parking system.
This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Kokusai Street, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience store right downstairs – super convenient! We booked a triple room for two, and it was incredibly spacious
The room was spacious and clean. It's located right at the entrance of Kokusai Street, making it super convenient for dining and shopping.
If you stay for five days, they only clean on the middle day, so you'll need to keep an eye on the room's cleanliness yourself
Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, but not replenished daily; they're only replaced on the third-day cleaning

If you have a car, the access is good, and it's a nice hotel!
Just be careful with navigation; there's another DoubleTree by Hilton in Naha – don't ask me how I know that!
It seems a bit difficult to access without a rental car, and as an older hotel, it doesn't have many special facilities. It's a good hotel to stay at the night before an international flight.
I admit I might have had some preconceived notions about the Hilton brand since it was my first time, but this experience showed me what the 'Hilton' brand truly stands for! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!
The hotel located in the hill, which driving or taxi is the only way heading. There is a convenience store in the hotel, proving snack and necessities.
The staff are polite with good command of english
The hotel's location isn't far from Shuri Castle, offering great views. The breakfast is excellent and meets the standards of a 4-star hotel

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend
Had a great stay at the hotel, they provided a lot of different amenities and it’s located next to a station hence getting around, especially to the airport, was very convenient. The toilet was also very spacious
Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby
The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient
Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.
We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases
There is parking service and a laundry room and it's literally a stone's throw away from the monorail station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport
The chair isn't a massage chair, but it reclines into a comfortable reclining position. The refrigerator doesn't freeze, only blowing cool air. The window only opens for ventilation
The hotel is near the monorail stop and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are slightly larger than typical in Japan
It's convenient that open suitcases fit neatly under the bed, allowing for easy movement around the room. The bed was soft, with four pillows; we slept well
Very comfortable room in a good location. Breakfast was a little basic for my Westen taste but was good enough. Would have no problem returning here.
Hotel area is convenient. Many rest nearby, Room is clean. Breakfast is basic but delicious. The massage chair is remarkable.
This hotel boasts an excellent location near Kokusai-dori, not far from the monorail station and Ryubo Department Store. Plus, the breakfast is truly thoughtful, offering a diverse selection of Okinawan specialty dishes.
This place is very easy to find. Just take the monorail in front of Naha airport and get off 6 stops later at the prefecture office. Cross the short bridge on the left, go ahead and u will be in front of a larger street
The hotel's location is super convenient! It's only a five-minute walk from the monorail station. The room was bright, clean, and quiet. If you're joining a day tour, the meeting point is just a five-minute walk away
Plus, there are lots of restaurants along the way to Kokusai Street, which is very handy
There are multiple convenience stores nearby. Walkable distance to busy areas. Parking overnight costs ¥1200 here. If you drive, this is also concern as part of the cost. Limited amenities are provided in room
The room's interior has a lovely wooden style. I especially liked the self-service luggage storage in the lobby. You can also work in the lobby after checking out, as there are charging ports available
Good location
A bit loud with many chinese tourist
The parking downhill
It's a great spot for day trips, close to the train station, convenience stores, drugstores, and even the famous A&W BBQ restaurant (Maki-ji Beef), Okinawan cuisine, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), steakhouses, and gift shops
They provided several different shampoos and hair products for guests to choose from the front desk which is nice! And the location is awesome, in the beginning of kokusai street and can get to the rail station within 5mins
The Makishi Public Market is also easily accessible. The staff are all very friendly and provide free water (no need to buy extra)
Good location, in center of the shopping district, bus stop and monorail stop is nearby. Hotel rooms are clean.
While there's no swimming pool or hot spring, the price is reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again
Conveniently located at one end of the shopping street, kokusai dori. Automated parking (¥1800/day), very easy and convenient. Laundry machines usually fully occupied during evening hours.
Clean room and polite staff. Got few souvenir shops to do shopping. The view is spectacular. It would be better if the balcony floor is cleaner, not with stain.
Very good - conveniently located near many restaurants nearby the hotel and also near monorail station
This Hotel is in a very good location in Naha city providing a good quality of breakfast !
This Hotel has a great location for travel and shopping. Maybe will come again
This is a great hotel, not far from the beach, Makishi Public Market, and Kokusai Street. You can walk to all of them. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the airport is only about 6 kilometers away!
had a short stay at this hotel. We like it for the room is clean and the furnishings looks new. it's conveniently a 10-15 minutes away from the main street. only managed to enjoy a free beer which was refreshing.
Amazing stay at Aqua Citta! The hotel is stylish and clean, but the rooftop pool is the real star. It is incredible for relaxing on a sunny day—the views are great and the vibe is perfect for couples
All the staff are acommodating and kind..you can use a borrow item product with free of charge、like massage、iron、eye massage etc..they have plenty of food choices in their breakfast buffet..i
There were two bubble shows, from 17:00-17:15 and 20:00-20:15. The pool was also nice, and the room was very clean, though Japanese hotel rooms are typically compact
The location of the hotel was very strategic and close to the Naha Airport. Check-in and check-out was also hassle-free with staff available 24 hours to assist.
The hotel's location is excellent, situated on a quiet side street, yet only about a 3-minute walk to Kokusai Dori (International Street) – offering a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility
Additionally, the room size, decor, and service were all quite satisfactory. The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather ordinary and could use some improvement
Although the room isn't huge, it's very cozy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a pleasant city view. The JR Blossom series consistently delivers quality
Great location, you can send items bought on Kokusai Street straight back to the hotel. The service is excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable
conveniently located, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and not far from Miebashi station. very friendly hotel staff
The location is incredibly convenient – just a 10-15 minute walk from Main Place. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops, and the street views are very charming
The room this time was quite spacious, and all toiletries could be picked up from the lobby. I'm very grateful for the comfortable environment and service this hotel provided during my 6-day, 5-night trip
DFS is right across the street, and it's very close to bus stops and monorail stations, making it convenient to get to other tourist attractions! Every time I visit Japan, I stay at a Daiwa-affiliated hotel, and their member policies are also applicable here
I've stayed at the Roynet near the Prefectural Office station before, and this time, traveling solo, I decided to try the other Roynet in Omoromachi
It's about a 30-minute monorail ride from the airport, getting off at the 11th stop. The hotel is located across from Duty Free, and it's a leisurely 15-minute walk from the station
I extended my stay in the original room. All I had to do was go to the front desk in the morning to update my key card. The room is a good size, with enough space to open a suitcase
The car park is located downstairs and charges per use, with a maximum of 1100 yen
