The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car

Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away

Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport

The hotel was very clean, and the stay was comfortable, with excellent service. However, the hot spring was really dirty, with all sorts of suspended particles. It was obvious the circulation system wasn't working well.

In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered

Conveniently located at one end of the shopping street, kokusai dori. Automated parking (¥1800/day), very easy and convenient. Laundry machines usually fully occupied during evening hours.

Clean room and polite staff. Got few souvenir shops to do shopping. The view is spectacular. It would be better if the balcony floor is cleaner, not with stain.

If you have a car, the access is good, and it's a nice hotel!

Just be careful with navigation; there's another DoubleTree by Hilton in Naha – don't ask me how I know that!

It seems a bit difficult to access without a rental car, and as an older hotel, it doesn't have many special facilities. It's a good hotel to stay at the night before an international flight.

I admit I might have had some preconceived notions about the Hilton brand since it was my first time, but this experience showed me what the 'Hilton' brand truly stands for! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!

The hotel located in the hill, which driving or taxi is the only way heading. There is a convenience store in the hotel, proving snack and necessities.  The staff are polite with good command of english

The hotel's location isn't far from Shuri Castle, offering great views. The breakfast is excellent and meets the standards of a 4-star hotel

Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.

Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.

The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep

My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants

Staff of the hotel was super helpfull and kind. They spoke English really well and was easy going. Rooms where really clean and big with wonderfull view

Good location, short walking distance from Miebashi station, friendly and helpful staff. 7-11inside the hotel which is very convenient. You can enjoy free drinks and ice cream bar daily from 1-8pm. Highly recommended.

Very good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the monorail, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Breakfast is nice, and they even offer free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream, which is a lovely touch.

They have 3 laundry machines and 3 dryer machines. Dryer machines take a long time to do but worked well. Possibilty to rent bicycle and car. I hardly give 10/10 but this one was really the best

Service I select 4 because we checked in after 9pm and literally no chance use much their services but check in is Fast, there are all basic amenities needed like we on the same floor to retrieve water and ice dispenser

There is lift service so no problem taking big luggage. There is a family mart so we it is so convenient and we took a quick light dinner, many varieties from noodles, sushi, rice and they can helped you to heat it up

We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. The hotel is just next to monorail

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend

Had a great stay at the hotel, they provided a lot of different amenities and it’s located next to a station hence getting around, especially to the airport, was very convenient. The toilet was also very spacious

Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby

The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient

Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.

We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases

This place is very easy to find. Just take the monorail in front of Naha airport and get off 6 stops later at the prefecture office. Cross the short bridge on the left, go ahead and u will be in front of a larger street

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's only a five-minute walk from the monorail station. The room was bright, clean, and quiet. If you're joining a day tour, the meeting point is just a five-minute walk away

The room's interior has a lovely wooden style. I especially liked the self-service luggage storage in the lobby. You can also work in the lobby after checking out, as there are charging ports available

Quite an old hotel. Plenty of car park available. Not easy for those traveller who dont rent car.

The breakfast area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, including fish, meat, vegetables, and local specialties, offering a wide variety to choose from

The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean

It's well-equipped and even has a large shop on the ground floor. While it's a bit of a walk from the station, it's conveniently close to the beach, and Naminoue Shrine is also within easy walking distance

There were not that many washing machines, and it was difficult to use them because other guests would not come and collect their own laundry even after the machine had finished running

There was a sign saying that the neglected laundry would be collected after 10 minutes, but there weren't any staff keeping an eye on this anyway, so the warning sign wasn't helpful

A drink at the 15th floor bar with view of the city is also highly recommended, especially at sunset. The staff is really attentive and graceful. Will certainly return here on my next visit to Okinawa

Centrally located in Naha, within walking distance to Kokusai Street, and right next to Miebashi Monorail Station for easy access to anywhere. It's a business hotel with good value for money.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The double room was significantly smaller than the triple room, and it only had a shower, no bathtub, which is quite unusual for Japan

The hotel location couldn’t be better. It’s right at the exit of the train that comes from the airport. The view is great. I’d recommend upgrading to a slightly bigger room.

The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa

It's incredibly convenient to get to Kokusai-dori, Naha's most bustling street, and just a 20-minute drive from the outlet mall. Getting around couldn't be easier!

If you want to stay in Naha, I really recommend Resol Trinity Naha, where you can add a little extra and have a wonderful hotel stay!

The location of the hotel is good. It’s near the monorail station.

The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them. Location: It's a bit far from Kokusai Dori! If you don't want to be constantly traveling back and forth, I wouldn't recommend this place

The location is very convenient and direct access to metro station and bus terminal. The queen room is cheaper but it is a small room. Suggest to book king room with better staying experience

Beside 旭橋Monorail station. Good for city shopper. Nice and sincere service. English speaking. Offer parking space ¥1,500 overnight. Freely in and out at anytime.

They offer free coffee in the morning and a selection of drinks, including beer, from 3 PM to 9 PM. The microwave in the lobby was also handy. Even though it's close to the main road, it was quiet with the windows closed

Check-in was self-service, but the front desk staff here tried to push their membership card. My room was right by the road and incredibly noisy late at night, with street racers adding to the din

I took the wrong exit and had to haul my luggage over a pedestrian bridge, but thankfully, my suitcase wasn't too heavy, so it wasn't too bad

If you're looking for good value, Toyoko Inn is always a solid choice. It was my first time in Naha, so I wasn't familiar with the area

The soundproofing was really poor, definitely not as comfortable as the one I stayed at in Osaka

The staff said because our car is a big car (Noah) and there are no space for us to park. (He said there are 6 big car parking space only) and they are first come first serve

The second day, we would like to park the car but another staff asked us if we have the parking ticket. Surely we didn’t have since no one announced us

How come!! On the last night, we finally got the parking since when we came back still have some parking space. But the staff asked us a lot of questions and some of them seems don’t allow us to park

While I asked if I can park behide the car in front of the hotel (see the attached picture as there was one black car) the staff said No and only can park One car there

Very poor parking service!!! At the first day, we’ve told the staff we need the parking the following day. The staff confirmed us and told us about the parking fee

However, the space in front of the hotel which the staff said can only park one car, I saw there were Two cars on the third night, Three cars on the fourth day

Large parking space is available. Hotel is bit away from city center. By car it’s only 10mins or less. Very clean and comfortable. Humidifier in the room is great for the winter. Staff is fluent in English.

With a rental car, access is no issue at all. The location is quiet, and the hotel facilities and service are excellent. The parking fee is 1,500 yen per day.

😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!

The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.

I heard that the infinity pool is famous and used it. The pool is smaller than I expected but you can enjoy the view of Naha. The premier round is very good because you can freely consume alcohol and snacks

However, disposable amenities like toothbrushes weren't automatically provided, so I had to request them directly from the front desk

The APA Hotel Naha is a beautiful hotel made for exactly what you need. Especially if you're here for a business trip or pleasurable stay. The price are very affordable

Much better then expected! In spite of the swimming pool been refurbished, the food and the kindness of the staff compensates and deserve a 5 stars! The chef of the hotel is very skilled! The breakfast buffet is the best I had till now in Japan with unexpected options such as peanut tofu, burguer bar, tacos, make yourself soba’s … the bar tender at the lounge makes perfect margaritas! the Chinese restaurant...

The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. It's also a short walk to the Prefectural Office. The Yui Rail station is right next to the hotel, also within walking distance

Starting from when I landed, let me describe the journey to the hotel. After international arrival, I walked through the domestic departure area to catch a public bus (not the monorail)

Only thing we wished for: some open space with fresh air in the evening as rooftop is closed and rooms without balcony; bedsheets not so comfortable

The location is right smack in the middle of Kokusai street. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room is huge for Japanese standard. If you are driving, parking is available but with a charge of JPY 1800 per night.

Perfect location! Shops, Lawson's, restaurants all in small walking distance. The hotel room size is big enough for open luggage at all times. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The breakfast spread is very generous, and a delightful bonus is the artificial hot spring bath – perfect for a relaxing soak, especially if you're visiting in winter

Comfortable room. Onsen is the best. All is good except WiFi reception on higher floor is kind of slow.
