The hotel was very clean, and the stay was comfortable, with excellent service. However, the hot spring was really dirty, with all sorts of suspended particles. It was obvious the circulation system wasn't working well.

In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car

It's located near the beach, but honestly, the surrounding sandy areas aren't all that great

Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away

Also take out option is available in Paseo Garden restaurant. Aqua zone have two swimming pools the indoors and the outdoors one. Guests may purchase sauna and sento ticket for 550 ¥

Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.

The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep

The hotel located in 600 m from Ginawan beach, it takes about 10 mins to get there. Hotel souvenir shop has variety of custom and fabric things, prices are normal

My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants

Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime

However, disposable amenities like toothbrushes weren't automatically provided, so I had to request them directly from the front desk

The location on Kokusai Street was quite convenient. I was also very satisfied with the large communal bath

The APA Hotel Naha is a beautiful hotel made for exactly what you need. Especially if you're here for a business trip or pleasurable stay. The price are very affordable

Only thing we wished for: some open space with fresh air in the evening as rooftop is closed and rooms without balcony; bedsheets not so comfortable

The location is right smack in the middle of Kokusai street. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room is huge for Japanese standard. If you are driving, parking is available but with a charge of JPY 1800 per night.

Perfect location! Shops, Lawson's, restaurants all in small walking distance. The hotel room size is big enough for open luggage at all times. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. The accomodations were great and staff were so nice. The rooms were well kept and upscale as well. It's located in a good area, close to all you can imagine to do in Naha. I'm looking forward to coming back.

We only stayed 1 night, mid-oct, so the experience is limited. The shower had good pressure and temperature control. Staff were friendly and could speak English

The breakfast spread is very generous, and a delightful bonus is the artificial hot spring bath – perfect for a relaxing soak, especially if you're visiting in winter

Comfortable room. Onsen is the best. All is good except WiFi reception on higher floor is kind of slow.

The common space is cleaned very frequently, almost every few hours (Japan's standards will make you rethink your definition of cleanliness) and where guests can eat and drink (water and additional soft drinks provided, there's also a vending machine with a nice selection of snacks)

The hotel offers capsule rooms, family rooms and a cabin themed room where you are assigned either a top or bottom bunk. You also receive free slippers and borrow sleepwear during your stay

The space very pleasantly airy with lots of sun, and overall a nice place to work, snack or relax as the cabin and capsule rooms have no windows

It’s decent, with adequate room for luggage but few may struggle if the luggage is quite large as the aisle can be a bit narrow

At the lobby, there’s a beautiful wooden set of keyed lockers to choose to put away your shoes upon entering the building

I loved the creativity as you are essentially sharing a bunk bed with privacy that’s provided with a sliding screen door

The hotel staff had great service, the location was easy to find and close to Kokusai Street. Soaking in the onsen was very relaxing, and the salt sauna was absolutely superb

The hotel is quiet both inside and out. It's situated on higher ground, requiring a daily uphill and downhill walk to reach the car. The cleanliness, environment, and service are all good.

Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Stay: The room was very clean and tidy

Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around

The location is superb! Next to Kokusai street but not in the busy area of it so it’s very convenient yet the atmosphere is very relaxing

The pool and the spa are small; however the room is very spacious and it has a bathroom with a bath tub. I’d love to visit again or recommend this place to my friends if I get asked

There's an outdoor pool, which I'd heard was closed in December, but I actually saw people swimming. There's also a hot tub on the second floor, similar to hotels I've seen in Hokkaido

Location is good with around 5min walking distance from the train station. There is a big mall nearby for shopping and dinning too. The only bad thing is that the room is a bit small and can barely open a 28inch luggage

Located conveniently between Mitsukoshi Department Store and DFS, it's super easy to get anywhere from here. A taxi from the airport costs around 100 RMB

Location: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel

The hotel is located at a very good spot. Close to a big shopping malls and some local restaurants. Round the corner is a convenient store. But the male public bath was broken down during my last night. What a shame.

Museums and art galleries are also just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best part was the large public bath – it was wonderfully relaxing!

Check-in is on the second floor, and complimentary coffee is available daily. The hot bath facility on the thirteenth floor is open until 1 AM. For the women's section, the access code is updated every Sunday

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were always friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Asahibashi Station

Parking is a multi-storey carpark, needed staff assistance to park and retrieve the car. There are numerous good restaurants nearby and Kokusai-dori is just 5 mins drive or 15 minutes walk away

It is near the bus terminal, with 6-Eleven just across the road. I love the onsen inside the hotel and they even provide a yukata along for each guest! Will recommend again next time I come!

It's a good choice for single traveller. The price is very reasonable, while the location is very convenient. The breakfast is excellent!!! The open hot spring bring extra value to all customers.

Simply take the walkway, get down near the intersection, cross the street, and you’ll find the hotel right away. Breakfast may not have a huge variety, but I personally enjoyed it

I booked a Japanese-style room because I was traveling alone, but it was on the second floor of the main building and was very clean and comfortable. The room facilities have been updated and are hygienic

I think most of the rooms in Okinawa are Western-style rooms, but the Japanese-style rooms are larger than single Western-style rooms and are great. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity

We all loves this hotel, not just because of the great location but also the great services, they gave a hello kitty doll to my daughter as her birthday present, she was crazy happy about that, we’d come back for our next trip

A hotel with a large bath! You can use both the main bath and the annex bath. The Dyson hair dryer dries your hair very well

4 friends traveling together, take a taxi from the airport to the hotel for only 1500¥, breakfast with freshly squeezed juice is superb, there is a Japanese supermarket near the hotel, the room is super large no disadvantages hot springs are good, there is also 7-Eleven downstairs

It's very quiet; there's a rule about keeping quiet after 10:00 PM. The hotel is on a quiet street. The owner is friendly and attentive, helpful and always ready to help. I stayed in a Japanese-style room

There's a free public bath at the hotel. The single bed is comfortable, measuring 900 or 1000 mm, but narrow. The exhaust fan in the bathroom works great; you can't hear it

It's close to Naminoue Beach, so it's a great place for beachgoers. I was a little concerned that the laundry room floor was wet from other people's swimsuits hanging out to dry. The room was very nice.

I thought there would be a parking lot dedicated to the hotel, but I parked in the parking lot right in front of the hotel and received a free ticket at the front desk when I left

The staff were very nice and the room was clean. The location is also good as there is a supermarket nearby, so I don't think there will be any problems

The downside is that the air conditioning is quite powerful, so I turned it off at night

The room was just OK for cleanliness and modernization, however the large, deep tub made up for any other oddness, such as wires coming directly from a rough hole punched in the wall for this purpose

Both the room and the toilet are big. If you stay for three nights in a row, there will be no housekeeping to clean the room

You have to go to the counter to exchange for new towels when there are people at the counter (15-22)

The room is small, self-service check-in/out, parking is paid, and you need to get a card from the counter to exit the parking lot. There is a hot spring area on the second floor where you can soak for free

The convenience store is near in the middle of the restaurant, the rooms are clean, and the hot springs are ♨️, so it's reasonable.

Good service ! I lost my ear pod, the security tried hard to look for it for me. 10-15 minutes walk to station. Area is red light district but no bother me if I ignore all solicitation

The capsule was spacious and big enough for a solo traveller. The matress was okay, could be more comfy. Bathroom and shower were clean. Hot water and WiFi were available all the time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The facilities, location and services are good. I am a HongKonger so I do not understand Japanese but the staff tried their best to communicate with me. One of the bad thing is that I do not get used to live in a cabin
