Location is excellent - within short walking distance to Ashabashi monorail Station and Naha Bus Station. Although size of room is small but it has sufficient amenities and good WiFi. Free breakfast is also good with western and local options. All in, it is value for money. Asked the reception for lunch venue on arrival and we we directed to a great local small proprietary restaurant which serves great...
Prime spot. 2 mins walk from the ferry terminal (arriving from Kagoshima), 5 mins to Asahibashi Station, and under 10 mins to Kokusai Dori. Super convenient!
I wished the rooms had tea available in the room, but they only had coffee. There is a Bathtub but no bath salt. Limited amenities provided. Breakfast is tasty but simple. Room advertised as can sleep 3 but it’s probably too small to be comfortable unless it is a small child with two adults. Hotel has a nice modern design. Friendly staff who are helpful and casual.
Great location with convenience stores around the hotel. This is a great-value hotel with clean, quiet rooms. It's easy to get an Uber to many places.
Hotel doesn't provide shower cap and also no daily housekeeping service in a bid to be more economical friendly. However, the irony is that they still provide plastic bottle water in room. Parking is on 1st come 1st serve basis without any priority for in house guests and it seems you're not able to reserve the lot upon check in for the duration of your stay.
I had an amazing stay. The hotel was super nicely decorated and newly refurbished with all amenities needed. Great location, with walkable distance but not in the busiest part of Naha city center either. The pricing was extraordinary considering the four stars, and this was definitely one of my best hotel stays even though it only lasted one night.

The hotel itself is large in scale with also a great onsen free for all hotel occupants. But the overall impression is a bit old and tarnished in the room.
This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered. It's located near the beach, but honestly, the surrounding sandy areas aren't all that great.
The hotel was very clean, and the stay was comfortable, with excellent service. However, the hot spring was really dirty, with all sorts of suspended particles. It was obvious the circulation system wasn't working well.
Great location, easy to come! Have suoermarket near the hotel, but the facilities are fewer.
Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place! Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. Large parking space is available. Hotel is bit away from city center. By car it’s only 10mins or less. Very clean and comfortable. Humidifier in the room is great for the winter. Staff is fluent in English.
The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.
I booked two separate reservations for a two-day stay! Please refer to my previous review for more details.😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!
Very clean, though the room was a bit compact, the amenities were excellent. We were very satisfied with all the hotel provisions.
Thank you for everything! I met a lovely receptionist named Annie in the front office—she's a passionate lady. The location is great too, just a 20-minute walk to the city centre.
With a rental car, access is no issue at all. The location is quiet, and the hotel facilities and service are excellent. The parking fee is 1,500 yen per day.

My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants. Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime. The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet...
The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing. We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area. Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice....
Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.

Extremely close to Kokusai Street, yet it's a quiet retreat. The staff at the entrance were always very friendly when we came and went. Had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel. Highly recommended especially to those who value bigger rooms
The hotel's location is a bit average. Although it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, the uphill and downhill sections can be a bit tiring. The hotel itself is quite old; even after renovation, it still doesn't feel new. The value for money is just okay. The dining options within the hotel are a little pricey.
This is a very nice hotel all around. Rooms are small but elegant. A lot better than most American hotel rooms in terms of amenities. The rooms are very quiet. The two most outstanding things about this place is: 1) there service (everyone) and 2) the amazing breakfast buffet (well worth it). Overall, the hotel was really great, but I was surprised that a hotel of this star rating didn't have a gym. Their ads and pictures all showed a gym, but I couldn't find it until I asked the front desk and discovered they don't have one. I ended up having to run up and down the hills outside the hotel instead.
Great location to Shuri Castle, hotel is nice and clean, breakfast variety is decent and actually better than most of local hotel.
everything is good except the air condition is not function good , the room temperature is hot .
If you have a car, the access is good, and it's a nice hotel!
Absolutely loved the stay! Anthony and Thapa were very helpful at the front desk.
It seems a bit difficult to access without a rental car, and as an older hotel, it doesn't have many special facilities. It's a good hotel to stay at the night before an international flight.

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.
We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant...
Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.
This hotel is super close to Makishi Station, just a quick walk over the skybridge. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, making it really convenient for getting around. However, there seem to be more and more Indian cleaning staff now, and the cleaning isn't as thorough as it used to be. Plus, they only provided slippers once.
Beyond its convenient location, there's not much to write home about. It served its purpose as a one-night stopover. It's a run-of-the-mill business hotel. Downstairs, you can grab toiletries and specialty teas, which is a nice touch. The date setting on the hotel elevator was quite amusing.

Good location and room is very clean and big for two person
The hotel's location is excellent, situated on a quiet side street, yet only about a 3-minute walk to Kokusai Dori (International Street) – offering a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Additionally, the room size, decor, and service were all quite satisfactory. The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather ordinary and could use some improvement.
The room was quite basic, and breakfast was just okay. The location is pretty good, and it offers decent value for money. The claim of dozens of breakfast options felt a bit exaggerated; there weren't nearly that many varieties.
We were traveling with a child, and the hotels in Yomitan and American Village allowed us to check in before 2 PM. The American Village hotel even let us have the room by 1 PM. The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine.

I was happy to stay in this hotel as it was in the middle shopping street n easily to find foods n souveirs. The best part is the coin washing machine n dryer. The only bad thing is pillow too soft n towel too short.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nestled right on the beachfront. It boasts a lovely swimming beach and both indoor and outdoor pools, making it perfectly suited for a relaxing family vacation. Kids will love the impressive 'sea castle' water park, and there are jet skis and a plethora of other exciting recreational activities available for everyone.

Since I stayed for four days and ate breakfast at the hotel every day, it felt very repetitive. It might be fine for a stay of one or two nights, but not for longer. The location is super convenient – it's only...
Thanks for all your continued support and help! My friends have also always been very concerned about this issue. I'm there every day too!
The rooms at Renaissance Hotel are quite spacious, definitely on a different level compared to the hotels we stayed at later in Naha city. Plus, there's a balcony with an ocean view; my son loved sitting on the lounge chair there, watching the scenery. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities; we participated in the Happy Dolphin and sea turtle care programs. My baby had an absolute blast and...
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the bus terminal, making it incredibly easy to travel anywhere. My spacious city-view room offered a beautiful sunrise view 🌅. The service was excellent, the facilities were great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The lobby and restaurant on the 14th floor also provide fantastic views. The only slight drawback was that the sofa in the room felt quite...

Naha, 2-14-1 Omoromachi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is quiet both inside and out. It's situated on higher ground, requiring a daily uphill and downhill walk to reach the car. The cleanliness, environment, and service are all good.
The facilities are a bit old, but the service is perfect. Thoughtful and attentive. The teppanyaki is delicious.
Overall, it's a pretty standard place, though the rooms are quite spacious compared to other options in the city. The chair at the vanity is a thoughtful touch. It's quite close to Kokusai Dori, but there isn't much else around. The hotel has two main entrances, which can make it confusing for taxis, as they might drop you off at the wrong one – a particular hassle if you're carrying luggage. There...
Five stars! It's not an overly luxurious hotel, but everything felt just right and incredibly comfortable across the board. I was a bit disappointed not to have had the chance to try the hotel's restaurant, but I'll definitely make sure to do that on my next visit.
Food: Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. Personally, I preferred the Japanese choices, as the Western selection was a bit limited. Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Stay: The room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only...

One of the best hotels we have stayed at during our trip. The staff are very attentive and the room is spacious. The location is good, close to shopping and eatery. 10 out of 10.
Extremely clean and tidy. The room is very large and spacious for Japan. The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores right downstairs. It's also very close to day tour meeting points and Kokusai-dori, and about a 16-minute walk to the pier (for glass-bottom boats/whale watching tours). Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed staying here, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are super big and the amenities like free drinks are awesome. Also it's a short walk from the station and intl street so location is good as well. The only downside would be the expensive parking, it starts at 1700 yen 2026 standards.
Best stay in Naha, true 5 star experience. Rooms are large, the corner room I booked had 2 balconies, and shower room was amazing with great water pressure and a frosted window to outside for natural light. Had a little issue on check in, but staff was quick to change my room and give me the club lounge room I booked online. Club lounge was great, lots of liquor options and cold beers on tap. Food...
4D3N room clearance is generally good but only without bed tidy up every day
Best location, just off the busy area, but you have Lawson, 711 and family mart all super close to you. Lots of off main streets local restaurants. Super tasty. The room is huge! Very clean and comfortable. You’ll get everything you need. The hotel front desk service is the best! Parking velvet is also the greatest! Will definitely stay here again next time!
