The tatami room has a large square window, offering a landscape view like a traditional Chinese painting. It was very pleasant to drink tea and chat while enjoying the scenery.

Environment: A pristine natural environment. However, there are no restaurants, convenience stores, or anything else nearby... basically nothing. It's truly a resort-style stay at the hotel itself.

Service: Great! Check-in was very comfortable. A butler escorted us to the lobby to relax, offered coffee and candies, and then took us to our room.

It's a bit disappointing, it's comparatively low cost performance. The outdoor onsen is lukewarm, 36-38℃ even in Winter Time. Food is good, but the restaurant environment is noisy and too bright. Overall, it's morr For family group.

An onsen hotel in Saga with view of the mountains. The hotel offers basic facilities and nice Kaiseki dinner. Nice stop between Fukuoka Itoshima and Kumamoto.

very lovely place! it is new (opened in July 2025). The service from when your car is in the porch (There's a valet), till check out, it was perfect. The onsen was great. It's not as warm as the others but it makes staying in the onsen longer possible. Was pleasantly surprised about the complementary dinner and breakfast! Dinner was great and was paced out so it was just nice. For breakfast it was a buffet spread that was great! I love the selection and freshness. It is in between mountains so the drive might be long but so worth it for the price

So satisfied! The hot springs were great, and the room was clean and cozy. The staff were warm and polite, with excellent attention to detail. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the value for money was excellent. I will definitely visit again.

This hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a beautiful environment. The rooms are spacious with great views, and the breakfast is a Japanese-style buffet. The hot spring baths are large and clean; I especially loved the indoor pulse-jet onsen and the outdoor dry sauna cabin. The air in the mountains is fresh, and the climate is cool. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Saga JR Station, which you can arrange by contacting them directly. The rooms are significantly larger than typical hotel rooms and offer beautiful views. The hot spring baths, both indoor and outdoor, are comfortably warm, allowing for long, relaxing soaks in a clean and pleasant environment. The only downside was that the dinner provided wasn't quite to my Chinese palate.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the facilities were new. The only downside is that after getting off the bus, you have to walk up a hill to reach the hotel lobby, which is a bit of a distance. It wasn't very convenient with luggage. Everything else was great.

The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering mountain views – a great option for a countryside getaway. Dinner was just okay, but there weren't many other choices around. The hot spring felt more like a public bath, but soaking under the stars at night was a nice experience.
