The room was very clean and just the right size, and I was pleased with it. I wish the male staff member at check-in and check-out had been a little more welcoming and friendly.

The stuff is very friendly, the room is a little bigger than usual but they have a problem with water, sometimes it jumps from warm water to cold for no reason. The breakfast is regular japanese breakfast, small variety but they have default miso soup, rice, vegetables and protein

The hotel was very basic and had everything we needed. Close to the train station and near restaurants you can't go too wrong. The only issue was the strong bleach smell we first encountered when we entered the room, and the walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing and snoring.

The hotel is at the best location, next to the train station. While looking for something to eat would require some walking around 400 -1000m, its managablr. The room is normally small. A big luggage mught struggle. The public bath is good, with a single large tub. The breakfast is standard japanese styles dishes, no made-to-order counter for eggs.

A very accommodating hot springs hotel that has a chapel on the premises and even bridal services. The restaurant has all you can eat crab legs and the breakfast menu is very abundant.
