Saga, 1-2 Yoga-machi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was very comfortable and spacious, with complete facilities and amenities. The view from the higher floor was great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
The hotel is facing a beautiful lake in Saga (~15 mins away from the city centre). The distance to restaurants are walkable (~30 mins) but busses there are usually 1-hour apart (last bus at 9.40 pm).
The hotel also does not have a water dispenser. Instead, they have an ice dispensing machine, vending machine (for food and drinks) and microwave at common pantries on every floor.

Good experience, good breakfast, friendly staff, rooms are comfortable, parking is free
The location is convenient. Its view is very beautiful, as it's right besides the river.
The reception staffs are friendly and really willing to help. They can speak fluent English, and helped us made a few calls to make restaurant reservation, check strawberry farms. Their advices on balloon and strawberry farm were both correct.
The hotel is in very old fashion, i.e. keys are still being used instead...
The hotel is quite large. We checked in late at night, but luckily there was still staff available to help us. There's a park downstairs from the hotel, and a bus stop nearby where you can catch a bus to Saga Airport.

The hotel stay was generally fine, but cleaniness could definitely be improved. I was surprised to find a fire lighter tucked inside the hotel pajamas, which raises concerns about attention to detail and safety.
Nice breakfast, relaxing Mountain Views, quite place upon the top of the hill. You would enjoy your business trip more.
A modern hotel resort situated right at the top of a hill, as reflected in the its name. We were greeted warmly with a welcome cup of hot tea, warm hand towels and really good chocolates. The breakfast comes as a set and it is highly nutritious, and of high quality. I would highly recommend breakfast here. The room is clean and of a comfortable size with birds occasionally flying and chirping about...
good tease good design and good service
Very comfortable stay, highly recommended. The tatami Japanese-style room was lovely, the sunset view was amazing, and the room was huge.
This hotel, located in the Hakata Station area, offers a shuttle bus service that takes about half an hour to reach the property. However, it's important to note that on weekdays, there are only a few scheduled trips to the hotel. On holidays, the free round-trip shuttle runs all day, approximately once an hour. During my stay, which was on a weekday, only the 10 AM and 11 AM shuttle buses were available...

Excellent breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and staff are very friendly. If you drive by car, there is ample parking space here.
Nice view of the river from our room. Nice view of both the ocean and the river from the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast is good. Sauna is good. Hot pool is average.
We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls. Staff are nice. Room is clean and you can enjoy the public bath, including a small sauna room. All in all, this is a good place to stay with your family!
Not bad. While the room is very old, it’s kept clean. Aircon could be colder but you can open the window if you feel warm/stuffy. The onsen, relaxation lounge and free drinks at night were amazing!
Good free lounge at night with drinks and snacks. Room a bit dated and old, can open windows.
On my recent 8-day solo trip to Japan, among all the hotels I booked, yours was the most expensive and the one I had the highest hopes for. However, my actual stay was incredibly disappointing. This significant letdown compels me to provide serious feedback — your hotel utterly betrayed my trust.
Two weeks before my trip, I booked a sea view room at your hotel via the Trip.com app and specifically...

New Otani never disappoints 🫶. Definitely a little dated (there is a charm to it) but very well maintained and service was amazing!! Everyone is so courteous and thoughtful, always making sure we know they are here to help anytime.
Room was on the larger side. A very comfortable stay. It is right outside the subway station too. With plenty of convenience stalls, also a straight walk to the shopping...
A very comfortable 5-star hotel! While the facilities are a bit dated, the environment is great, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's right in the heart of Fukuoka, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel parking is also very convenient, which was a huge plus for us since we were driving.
I stayed here for the last two nights of my Kyushu trip. The room had a massage chair, which was a huge relief after a week of driving. The hotel is a bit older, but that wasn't a big issue for me. It's close to the subway, the rooms are spacious, and the service is great. Overall, it offers good value for money.
Very nice front desk ambassador Mr Siu and convenient
The staff are helpful. But we can’t check in till 3:30pm. The design is old but its supreme location can compensate.
Clean, quiet, and tidy. Very close to the subway station. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right outside, as well as another old-school grocery store. The room was cleaned daily (typical of an older 5-star hotel). The air conditioning/heating system worked very well. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk.

The hotel room is very good! Will definitely recommend to friends.
Good:
Nice and spacious room, free parking good for us to drive around, powerful shower head which served strong stream and stable temperature for nice shower, big beds, convenient shops, food and big AEON store nearby with driving distance 5 mins, nice night lounge with free flow crafted beer, popcorn, and bbq marshmallow, my daughter requested to go every night
But if you’re not coming with a car...
This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. Love their in room breakfast. The view was breathtaking. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p.m-11p.m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks. The front desk are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Fukuoka.
Very spacious room, nice lounge with free drinks in the afternoon and evening, lots of different alcohol to try out. There are small snacks in the evening and self made udon at 22:00.
Free parking and paid onsen nearby. The staffs are all super nice and helpful, we feel very comfortable staying there.
The location is deserted but free shuttle buses are available.
The rooms are spacious and generally clean
Furnishings abit dated but acceptable
They have daily night events and free drinks nightly

Only cheap... don't have any other requirements
Also very convenient to go down shopping and eat everything
The room was good considering it was in the center of town, but the beds were not very clean!
Since we went out to play with just guys, the cleanliness was fine and the location of the accommodation was good so we could go out, play, and come back comfortably.
The location is not far from Tenjin Minami, but it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Nakasu River or Canal City.
There is a famous katsu restaurant right in front of the accommodation, and if you walk for about 5 minutes, there is Ichiran Ramen. There is also a Don Quijote on the way, so that was nice.
The accommodation condition was a bit dusty in places higher than eye level, and there was...
Good. Maybe because my eyesight is bad, I didn't really care about cleanliness.. Check-in was complicated, but it was okay. However, I had to pay the accommodation fee on the day, so it might be a bit difficult if I didn't have a card. There were a lot of beds and the ceiling was high, so it didn't have the stuffiness that is typical of Japanese accommodations, so it was really good!!
Two double beds are enough for two adults and two children.
I don't know about other rooms, but in our room, when you open the door, you have to go down two stairs to get to the room, and we left our shoes on the stairs. Shoes seem to be prohibited indoors.
There were two electric ports, humidifiers, and international standard outlets on each bunk bed, as well as two USB-A ports. The curtain that...

This hotel was perfect for us! The style, cleanliness, facilities, and service were all excellent. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. The transportation was also super convenient, and we explored many places.
The breakfast included fresh fruit juice and beef, which tasted great.
The room was spacious, but I really disliked the empty, dark, and oppressive decor. While there was plenty of space, all the furniture, including the flooring, felt very basic. There was a lot of room on either side of the bed, yet no bedside tables were provided, making it seem like the furniture wasn't placed to complement the space. The same issue applied to the hot spring changing room, where the...

The hotel is right next to the subway, making it super convenient to get to Tenjin, Canal City, and Hakata Station – just a maximum of 3 stops away. This hotel is conveniently located near Exit 1 of Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line, just a 3-5 minute walk across the street from Daimaru department store. If you're coming from Fukuoka Airport by public transport, you'll need to take the shuttle bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, then switch to the Kuko Line subway to Hakata, and finally transfer to the Nanakuma...
Surrounded by Koreans, the hotel boasts an excellent location with many unique restaurants nearby. There are also Fukuoka's famous 'yatai' (food stalls) right outside the hotel on the street, though unfortunately, there's always a wait whenever I try to go.
Excellent stay! The environment, hygiene, and breakfast were all superb. I especially enjoyed the hot springs; they were incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka. It's also very convenient for getting around. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.
The location is convenient, close to malls. Staff are nice and helpful.
However, the room is quite dirty especially in the toilet. Got yellow dirts and insect climbed up behind the sink. It is also smelly - with strong urine smell.
Washing and drying machines are dirty too. I would not dare to use them again.
Personally I would not recommend staying here again.
The room was as small as usual, but the location was great. The rooftop bath area was decent, a standard amenity, and quite clean, attracting many bathers. I didn't take any pictures, please excuse me. I could walk to a tsukemen restaurant nearby, and it was super delicious.
Great location and a decent breakfast, but the cleanliness, especially the strange odor in the bathroom, definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's also not far from Fukuoka Tower.
When I booked, Trip.com recommended this hotel as the number one in Fukuoka for food, so I didn't hesitate to book it. However, when it came to breakfast, I was truly disappointed and felt quite let down:
① The coffee was the worst I've had in any hotel in Japan.
② There was a lack of substantial dishes; only one salmon dish could be considered so, but it tasted really bad.
③ Almost all the dishes...
Excellent service. Amazing view overseeing coastline and Fukuoka Tower.
Distance from city centre but highly recommended if drive.
If you're attending a concert at PayPay Dome, honestly, don't bother staying anywhere else! The walkway shown in picture five leads directly to gate 7 in just five minutes. There's also a FamilyMart right next door – a lifesaver in winter! Seriously, while others are lining up for transport, I'm already checking in! I had enough time to drop off my stuff, relax, and then go for dinner when the crowds...
The environment and service here are top-notch, making for an excellent experience. It's a 20-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and Seaside Momochi Park. Plus, there are direct bus routes from Hakata and Tenjin right to the hotel's doorstep. Definitely lives up to its reputation as the second-largest Hilton globally!
Overall, the hotel is excellent. It's an older property, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's still very clean. The location is super convenient for shopping and going to the beach, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. Highly recommend.

Almost all employees at Front Desk don’t speak English, hard to get information or communication in finding out places to go.
All in all, do not recommend!
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located right by a subway station, and the rooms are relatively spacious with carpeting. There's also a grocery store nearby, which I liked, and a 24-hour convenience store about a 10-minute walk away. Shopping is quite convenient.
Cons: It's a bit of a walk (one subway stop) to Tenjin, and there aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity. My room wasn't cleaned...
Amazing location and spacious room! The bathroom is in particular nice comparing to other typical hotel bathroom in Japan.
Nice hotel, close to train and breakfast offers a variety of choices. Good for a short trip.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, efficient service, and a quiet environment. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small; once you open your suitcase, it's hard to walk around.

The hotel is quite old but big and it is very near to station. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby the hotel.
Everything is wonderful except the air-conditioning keeps warm in winter time. The staff helped us open the window so we can have normal room temperature.
Overall, everything was very good. However, the soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and I could clearly hear guests from nearby rooms.
The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating in changing the smoking rooms to non-smoking ones. They were considerate in helping us manage and prevent the need to change rooms, despite being fully booked.
Best service. The staff was very nice and thoughtful. We asked for room to changes clothes after a morning red-eye flight and we got we asked as a big room with mirror.

A reputable hotel but too old amenities, run-down design and aircon isn't working well with consistent noises.
Although the hotel is a bit older, the service and hygiene standards still meet IHG's expectations. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station (exit 22), and it's all flat ground, so no issues with luggage. Hakata Station has Hankyu Department Store, and downstairs there are many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. The decor is over ten years old, but the service is excellent. The complimentary bottled water provided by the hotel is also good, and the breakfast selection is decent.
The room is tidy, clean and spacious enough to have 2 luggage opened wide. The location is pretty good. There are convenient stores nearby and most importantly, it’s very close to the jr station and the bus terminal. If you will go to places far away from hakata that requires travelling such as itoshima and yufuin, this hotel is definitely a good option.
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is great with plenty of amenities for dining and shopping. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The room, though small, had everything I needed. I didn't hear any noise during my stay.
This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel ambiance is elegant and quiet, with no noise disturbances whatsoever. room is large and spacious as in Japan it is rarely has such big room size. location a little bit tricky, but still acceptable and walkable to major shipping area
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are relatively bigger compared to hotels in the area. Cleanliness level is good and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to have the complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks (Japanese tea) after check in.
The room had a sticky wet stuff on the floor
The staff tried to clean it with machine and they gave me a towel to cover. The staff did great trying to help us . I just wish they put me on the same area with my family since I booked 3 rooms and the room should have been cleaned prior to check in. The staff was very helpful
Located very near the nakasu stalls and canal city. 7 eleven is right beside. Room is modern and well furnished and hotel serves free tea and snacks everyday. A 7-minute walk from the subway station, the hotel breakfast is really good, and you can enjoy the hot spring on the rooftop. I always choose Mitsui hotels whenever I go to Japan. The only downside is that the rooms are still a bit small.
Great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Hakata Station, making travel convenient. The staff were friendly and polite, enhancing the overall experience.
The room was just okay. The bathroom had a pretty strong odor, and I had to specifically ask for toiletries at the front desk. The bathhouse was closed from 9 AM to 3 PM, and you need to bring your own towel. I wasn't told at check-in that the room key wouldn't work for the hotel's bathhouse. Overall, not great value for money.
The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance of Gion Station on the Airport Line, Kushida Shrine Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line, Hakata Station, as well as Canal City Hakata, Kushida Shrine, and Nakasu Kawabata street.
The breakfast spread is generous, primarily Japanese-style, and even features the famous Ikkousha ramen from Hakata.
The rooms are quiet and spotlessly clean...

The restaurant on the 2nd floor is the star of this hotel. Greatfood and service. For the hotel, the room was large enough and clean. However, the in room had one bottle of water. When I called for more like cola, I was told to use the vending machines. No room service, not even a hint of support from the staff. You should buy the breakfast because the lounge at the airport was the worst in all...
Very nice with very well-trained staffs. I decided to stay one more night during my first day here because of the professional staffs a d the good facility. Everywhere is very clean and water pressure and temperature control at bathroom are very nice. Oh, pajama seemed not pressed and seemed used. Maybe it is on purpose so that guests can wear it with soft feeling though I was wondering.
Breakfast...
The hotel is within few minutes away from Hakata Station with decent size room for Japanese standard. Breakfast was pretty good as they have both Japanese as well as Western options. The only issue is that the hotel staffs don't really speak English.
• Not far from Hakata station - 300M from East Gate 5 of the station
• New and good facilities
• Good breakfast - half western, half Japanese
• The only weakness is dry air in the room. The room had a humidifier. But it was no useful to breathe.
Convenient location opposite Hakata train station. Larger rooms than normal for Japan. Clean and tidy.
The location is great. The room we stayed in was a little run down. We were going to stay the red e again at the end of the trip but decided to stay somewhere else because we weren't thrilled about our stay there.
