A pretty good hotel overall, but the hot spring management was a bit chaotic. There were a few ********* kids splashing around in the hot spring, which really ruined the experience. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, especially the value for money of the buffet, particularly dinner.

The hotel is located deep in the mountains, so access is difficult, but the front desk staff are very friendly and you can enjoy a panoramic view of Nagasaki's nightscape from your room!

We stayed for 2 days. Since our child was older, we booked 2 rooms as there were no triple rooms. The hotel arranged 2 rooms next to each other, which was very considerate!

This hotel has an elegant environment and comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool and a comfortable large bath. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind, making you reluctant to leave. The only downside is that the bed is too hard and the mountain road leading to the hotel is rugged. But I will definitely come back if I have the chance!

A well-deserved Sasebo Hotel with a beautiful view. Staying here means you don't have to go to various observation decks with very inconvenient public transportation to enjoy the scenery of Kujukushima. The hotel itself is a landscape, located on Yumihari-dake, a 5-minute walk to Yumihari-dake Observation Deck. The shuttle bus is on time and efficient, the buffet breakfast is varied, and the staff are warm and thoughtful.

I stayed overnight with my family during the New Year holidays. I accidentally booked a smoking room online even though I am a non-smoker. I think it was full but I was very happy that the male staff was kind enough to take care of me. I had a buffet for food. I thought the infection control was well done, wrapping each one carefully. I was very grateful to be able to eat with peace of mind because of this terrible corona. The view from the hotel was great (I was lucky that the weather was nice) and I was able to stay leisurely. I would like to go with my family again.

The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.

Better than Santorini. You can overlook Kujukushima and Saikai National Park. The pool view is dreamy. The best hot spring. Shuttle service from Sasebo Station every hour until late at night. The restaurant is also delicious. The hotel room has a small veranda.
