Hotel very clean and food is good both dinner and breakfast. Location a bit far from town not have shop around but is acceptable to be a Onsen hotel with private area. Hotel staff very helpful. All are great!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help. The location is a major highlight—convenient, easy to access, and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it offers great comfort and value, and I would happily stay here again.

The building was old and the hot springs were a bit disappointing.
The food was also mediocre.

The facilities and building are old.
The hot springs were good.
The staff were friendly and impeccable.
It was a long weekend, so it was crowded with families.
There were times when the toilet lever wouldn't turn back.
Facilities are important, but Oedo Onsen has managed to survive the devilish COVID-19 pandemic.
I guess we can put up with it in order to prioritize the staff's income.
There's a wide variety of buffet dishes, so I would recommend it to families.
The location is close to both Aizuwakamatsu city and the Aizu Samurai Residences, and although it's in the mountains, it's a quiet and relaxing place.

Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and didn't work in the rooms. The dinner buffet wasn't great, but the soft serve ice cream for dessert was delicious.

There were many dishes on the buffet menu, and everything was delicious. The large communal bath was also spacious and comfortable. I would like to go again.

The hotel is located in a mountainous area. When we got to the high-speed rail station, we had to call a taxi. In fact, the distance was not very far. It only took about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel provides breakfast/dinner, and the food is rich and satisfying. The hot spring pond ♨️ is so big and very comfortable to soak in. There is also an open-air pond outside, the weather is so cool, and there is also a sauna.
The waiters are all friendly and the hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean. There are 🍁 and 🌲 all around. It is worth cultivating your character.

Everything was great (´∀`) except that I couldn't use Wi-Fi, which was a shame.

The staff were very kind and it was nice.
They also had baby food available, which I brought with me but it's a great service for those who forget to bring it.
Because it's deep in the mountains, Wi-Fi only works around the front desk, but you can use your smartphone etc. so it's not a problem if you don't mind.
My child seemed a little disappointed that he couldn't connect to the internet to play games, but there were plenty of entertainment options available so he still enjoyed himself.
My mother was a little disappointed that there was no local sake in the shop (bitter smile). You can drink it at the buffet or in the restaurant on the first floor, but it was a shame because she wanted to enjoy it in her room.
I'm sure everyone buys it before going to the inn but we forgot and I was hoping that there would be some in the shop with the souvenirs so I was a little sad.
But overall it's a very nice inn.
