Excellent hotel and very high quality. Excellent location for trips in the area, large room clean and very pleasant. The hotel staff is excellent, pleasant, always smiling, helpful and with a positive attitude. Many thanks to the lovely staff and especially to Sakanushi the lovely one who tried very hard and helped me surprise my wife on her birthday. Thank you very much. Highly recommend staying at this excellent hotel

Great customer service with very modern and clean amenities, price is decent but it is a bit far from the central of Nikko. There are free tea, coffee and instant miso soup available at the communal area/ lobby. The room is very clean, well designed with a nice garden view. I really enjoy my stay there, would recommend to my friends and family.

Lovely hotel. The female receptionist is so kind. It is a little far from the station and main roads, but ok if you have a car. The shower and bed was excellent. It has free tea and coffee but you need to buy your own breakfast things from 7/11. Most outside breakfast places open at 9am or 10am and were nothing special.
There is an excellent steak place 400m uphill from the restaurant, but you need the reception to make a booking. It is very expensive, but extremely high quality.
The Italian downtown is fab. Try the carbonara, salad, gnocchi, duck and tiramisu. Next to it is an excellent sushi place called Komekichi Kouzushi which is great, but the Italian restaurant was the winner.

Everything was fine. There is no food sold in the hotel and it’s a bit far away from the circuit. We had to use several taxis.

Slightly out of the way but hotel was comfortable. Would be better if there were more shuttle bus timings though. Staff were nice especially kikuchi! He went above and beyond to ensure that we made it in time so we could purchase what we needed

This place is clean and english speaking staff. There are no baths in the rooms and a little way out of Nikko town, so couldn't rate it too highly.. Its a shame there is no onsen or public bath, to make up for the lack of bath in the rooms. There is also no restaurant, so buying a few meals in Nikko town, to cook or microwave in the shared kitchen, is a must do. It is very clean and high quality. Please come and stay here, there are many interesting forest walks and it is close to tourist viewing places.Tokugawa temple being one of the major draws!

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel, new, modern, and stylish. While the room felt a bit small to me, it was comfortable and well designed. Overall, a great stay with no other complaints.

Great basic hotel. Rooms are small but space is efficiently utilized. There is no food inside the hotel except for some microwavable stuff in the small shop. They do have complimentary coffee which is nice. Make sure to buy food outside or make reservations at nearby restaurants for meals.
It's not too bad of a walk to Nikko Station and the main area. They have a giant parking area too which is great for those who have cars.
