Hotel is in a quiet and scenic location. Good hot spring bath. Nice gift shop. Clean modern Japanese-style room.

A fantastic experience! We traveled with our elders and two-year-old, and it seemed perfect for a family trip. The food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast, and the staff was excellent! Most importantly, the hotel was very clean and tidy! Highly recommended!

A rather unique hot spring hotel. The room I booked was a Japanese-style room (washitsu), purely tatami room, and there's no bathroom inside – please be aware of this. To bathe, you need to go to a separate, traditional Japanese hot spring bath, separated by gender, where you must be naked and thoroughly washed before entering. Opinions on the experience vary, but the Japanese seem to enjoy it, haha.

The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, which were surprisingly high quality, and the menu changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise.

The service was excellent, with the typical Japanese attentiveness, and the staff spoke decent English, so communication wasn't a problem.

Overall, a very unique hotel, definitely worth experiencing.

The service and facilities were excellent. The snow on the road in front of the hotel was cleared promptly. The price/performance ratio was very high and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located at the end of Lake Yunoko. The environment is quiet and beautiful, suitable for self-driving. The rooms are neat and clean, there is free parking, breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious, and there are hot springs of both indoor and outdoor sizes. The only problem is that the room only has a toilet and no bathroom. You have to go to the public bath to take a bath, which is inconvenient for some people who don't like bathing.

I came here for a family trip and I am satisfied.
It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by bus from Tobu Nikko Station.
The hot spring water is good because it is a sulfur hot spring.
The food is also delicious and it is a good place for a family trip.
