Five stars for the elderly gentleman at the front desk! He proactively offered very professional and helpful advice in fluent English for our day trip to Petra the following day, and his recommendations for famous local restaurants were delicious, authentic, and affordable. The room was clean and tidy, and it was one of the few high-quality hotels that provided slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, and all the necessary amenities.

Great stay, would recommend. Staff were excellent. Only criticism was that our first room smelt of cigarette smoke so we asked to move, new room was great and very clean.

Mr Nejedi who is at the front desk is extremely helpful and considerate. Our room was upgraded and late check out extended to 4.30 pm foc. We are extremely grateful for his great service.

Wondering new hotel, exceptional staff and a 4 minute drive to the visitor center. Highly recommended.

It's absolutely wonderful. It's practically the cleanest. It's a bit far from Petra, but the service makes up for it. It's not that far, either. If you want to explore Petra on foot, you'll need to know how to walk. The accommodations are very clean and luxurious, and the bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is also typical Jordanian comfort food.

I opened the room and saw a hot air balloon! It’s not far from the ancient city, but when you drive through Jordan, the Sichuan-Tibet line is nothing 😅, it’s really like heaven and earth.

Our family was looking for an affordable place to rest overnight on our two-day visit to Petra.
We were pleasantly surprised by the jovial staff, modern furnishings, and brand new linens.
In-room 🫖 tea and ☕️ coffee was a treat, as was the welcoming nature of the staff. They have impeccable English and a great sense of humor.
We decided to play a family board game in the evening and the staff moved the tables in the lobby to make sure we had plenty of space.
Even though we came in the winter, the lobby was comfortable and room’s heater worked well.
This hotel is spotless and updated. I look forward to returning with guests next year.
