The rooms smell very bad smoke, water in the shower does not drain the sink faucet is very bad I was told that reservation include a breakfast and there was no breakfast very very poor breakfast area and filthy.

All the pics are fake I went with my family it was so dirty and conjusted and the swimming pool was occupied by some other guys so we were not able to enjoy at that hotel so we went to dead sea.

I went with my nephew (8yo) and niece (6yo) to use the swimming pool, they didn’t allow my nephew to go in as he is “too big” and that their policy about boy’s age changed yesterday which is completely ridiculous. There are no parking spaces or valet service, all the street parking spots are not allowed and you could get a parking ticket. Very disappointing i’m glad i didn’t spend my money here.

I don’t know where to start, bathroom door does not close, no soap provided, safe is locked and cannot be opened or used, bed sheets and mattress are not clean (you can see dirty spots almost everywhere),receptionist was sleeping when we tried to check in at 5am, music is too loud all day and until 3am every day, the toilet water tank takes about 2 hours to refill after every use, corridor smells like smoke, i can keep going but i will stop here.. do not spend a dime on this terrible place.

i went to this hotel last summer to go to their girls only pool and all i could say that it was extremely disappointing. even tho we made a reservation when we reached the place was PACKED and there was no tanning bed available for us to sit on which we reserved, so they literally put mattresses for us to lay on on the ground. the pool was disgusting and felt disgusting and the shower doors were broken so we had to hold it while trying to wash off. the two girls working there weren’t the nicest and were treating us in such a bad way. and the sheesha we ordered had literally dirt particles in the water and it overall was a bad experience not worth going at all.

not worth the money. first of all the pool is disgusting and you could smell the chlorine they put from a mile a way. when we reached there were no sun beds left and we asked one of the workers to help us. she brought out 5 broken chairs and told us it’s your fault for being late all the good chairs are taken. getting in the pool was another level the water was so murky and there were bees everywhere. and don’t get me started on the bathrooms no tissue crowded and the ceiling had holes dripping water on us.
