I had a pleasant stay at this hotel the room was clean and comfortable, and everything seemed well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed something. It’s not an overly fancy place, but it was quiet, tidy, and made my stay easy

That my second time staying here within six months after they remodeled this hotel, I liked it both times clean,comfy and smells very good thanks .🙏

A beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel with very friendly reception staff who provide prompt service. They also offer airport transfers. I met the hotel manager, Tariq, who was very friendly and strives to provide even better service.

The prices were also good; I stayed for about 25 days.

The phone service is the worst you always feel like you dialed the wrong number they talk with attitude
My hair is black I woke up finding a brown lock of hair on the bed
The best part is the toilets door doesn’t close well so you either have to keep it partially open or get stuck until someone opens it
I’m trying to reach to the lost and found no respect in talking and no one is helping me
I had a sore ankle and I’m pregnant instead of using the near elevator they made us use the one at the end of the corridor although we used the other one regularly
You’re forced to wake up from the sunlight passing through the small sized curtains…

G hotel amman is one of the better hotels around. For the price you get a lot.
The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. They really helped us with their car service for a day out to the dead sea. I absolutely recommend it. The rooms are a little tight if you have a big suitcase but overall the whole package is great.
Food wise. The breakfast is amazing, buffet style so you'll definitely find something you like here. The restaurant also serves other dishes 24/7 and it's so good.
If you're in Jordan looking for a genuine bargain. This is it. Don't look any further.

In my personal opinion, it is an okay hotel, with a very wonderful location, and in terms of the size of the rooms, they are very proportionate to all tastes and the prices are acceptable. The breakfast is healthy and delicious, but the attention in terms of service is very weak, as is the misbehavior of some of its employees, so I do not advise anyone to go there as long as there is no good management.

This was better then we expected as far as comfort and location. The gardens area proved to be the better location from all the stays we had in Amman.Muyad gave us a Double room for privacy for my daughter he was very accommodating and honest.Hotel is clean,staff was way better then the the higher level hotels we stayed at In Amman. Get a Uber much cheaper like only 2jd.This hotels room was way bigger then the others for bout same price.
