The location of this hotel is perfect... But... This is the only hotel in the world that I have ever stayed in that does not provide you with bath towels. You have to go to a store to buy your own. They also give you a tiny roll of toilet paper that is good enough for one use. The rooms are very basic. Good enough to only sleep in, but not really hangout and chill in. If you want a basic cheap hotel in downtown Amman just to sleep in that doesn't give you towels, this is the one for you.

Terrible hotel !! A room for 25 Jordanian Dinars for two people had absolutely nothing — no towels, no shampoo, and the bedding was dirty with yellow stains. The air conditioner was broken, and the bathroom was unclean. On top of that, the receptionist — who is supposed to represent the hotel — had a terrible attitude and used inappropriate language that is completely unprofessional for someone in such a position. For the same price, other nearby hotels offer much better and cleaner rooms. I absolutely do not recommend this place. فندق سيء للغاية!! الغرفة التي حجزناها بسعر 25 دينارًا أردنيًا لشخصين كانت خالية تمامًا من أي خدمات — لا مناشف، لا شامبو، وحتى الفراش كان متّسخًا وبقع صفراء عليه. مكيف الهواء كان مكسر، والحمّام غير نظيف على الإطلاق. وفوق كل ذلك، كان موظف الاستقبال — الذي يُفترض به أن يُمثّل الفندق — صاحب أسلوب سيء للغاية، واستخدم ألفاظًا غير لائقة لا تليق أبدًا بمن يشغل هذا المنصب. يمكن الحصول على غرف أنظف وأفضل بكثير في فنادق قريبة وبنفس السعر. لا أوصي بهذا المكان إطلاقًا.

One of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in the hotel is so dirty the counters the floors the bathroom even the sheets are stained for the price there is alot better choices you could find never staying again and i would not recommend anyone else to do so.

It’s not clean, it's smell like cigarettes the bathroom is terrible dirty no towel no nothing, customer service sucks I have to wait 15 minutes before he bought the towel so I can take my shower, very disappointed.
