Very friendly desk. Free city tour program. The room is like a hostel, not recommended for couples. Suitable for solo travelers for a day stay.

The staff were friendly and it was a fun stay. The location is close to the Roman Theater and within walking distance of Amman Citadel and downtown.
The light from the hallway came in through the window above the room door, so it was bright at night. It would be better if the light could be blocked.

Really friendly staff at a nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Amman. Speak to the staff, they all speak perfect English and know plenty of things about the locality. Yazeed gave me suggestions for food and what to see. We had along conversation about everything, he really is an asset to the Jordan Tower, as are other two staff I met. I don't know how much you pay them but they are worth hanging onto - pay them more I had a walking tour with Ibrahim this morning, he showed me around the market and shops, and explained lots of cultural things to me. Ibrahim knows lots of the traders and I tasted a few things in the market. He also showed me the mosque and the greco-roman baths. Ibrahim also speaks great English and is very knowledgeable about his city. The hotel is at a major road intersection and it's Ramadan so expect plenty of hustle and bustle after sunset, but it's so vibrant. Take earplugs for sleeping and an eye mask. The air-conditioning works.

Nice place to stay. Unfortunately it was very quit when we where there. Due to the situation in the border country's at the time. Had a very fun free walking tour with Ibrahim who showed us around Amman. Let us try some local food. Definitely recommend!

Best service and 24 hours with English speaking. My son and I felt safe and very well looked after. Enjoyed the breakfast. The location is excellent and great value for money. Very clean and definitely would go back again. They helped me a lot when my flight was cancelled in the middle of the night they sent some to drive us back to the hotel and gave us our room back. Gave us a piece of mind.
