The only highlight of this hotel is the good location (close to old Amman Downtown) but also this makes almost impossible to park (they don’t have private parking, you must leave your car on the street). They woke me up before 7am because the traffic police was outside asking for guests to move their cars.
The cleaning is deplorable. Rooms are very small and the bathroom was dirty, full of mold and got flooded after every use.
Not one single smile from the receptionists. House keeping staff were the only friendly people here.

Good hotel with cheap price right in the center of Amman. Friendly staff who are willing to help with whatever you need.
But could use some better cleaning.

One of the best hotel i have ever been coparing with the rate value and the most important is the location itis located in the middel od old town near to all ruins also nice service they have nice stuff rooms are big only 200 m. From famouse restaurants and so more i recommend newpark hotel as the best choice

The water in the tap is poisonous!!! Be careful, we didn’t drink it, only cleaned our face/showered in it and we all got 4 days of gut problems.. Not to mention there is smoking allowed in the rooms so they reak of cigarettes

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally.

The best hotel I spend my time in Jordan. Amazing the rooms. The stuff working there is so nice and kind person. Also them have the best guide tour and driver in all town is a great person. Khaled Ady is a person who makes you feel at home, safe and welcome. I recommend it.

The facilities are great! There was no way to take a shower in the room I was in. The shower head didn't work and the water flow was too small. I didn't take a shower for three days. The elevator broke down after one day of living there, and there was no base for a kettle! Alas, it’s hard to describe in one word!

"Under-rated Hotel in Amman, try it."

For a leisure trip to Jordan that started in Amman, i wasn't sure what to expect, but with my budget i reserved a room at New Park Hotel and i am so glad i did. The hotel is across the street from the citadel, and a few traffic lights away from the Roman Amphitheater and the Jordanian Museum, the hotel is downtown Amman and it's sort of Mardi-Gras of the country, it is so much alive with shops of all markets, restaurants. The hotel itself is very much under-rated, very clean and the rooms come with five star hotel amenities, the breakfast is traditional and the dining area is spacious, they even have a mini gym i used instead of my usual morning walks. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the in's and out's of the area and can help you sort out your days very well, they also arranged my tour to the Dead Sea for the next day at a great price. Just be prepared to climb the stairway with your luggage to the reception before the elevator to your room floor. I highly recommend it to any new comer to Amman.
