Expected hotel, but inside it's only apartment with no service 😔 or professional stuff at least to know what am asking for!!!, nothing in the real meaning inside the hotel, the manager don't show any respect for us or for any guests

We stayed at Cedar Hotel with a group of tourists before taking the ferry to Taba on our way back to Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for: centrally located, close to the sea and the main attractions of Aqaba. The room was clean, standard, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good, and we received a lovely treat from the chef — delicious pancakes, which was such a pleasant surprise! The reception staff kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the port, which made our departure smooth and easy. Cedar Hotel is a great choice for a short stop in the center of Aqaba. I would happily recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay before their journey.

"I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at Cedar Hotel Aqaba. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several key areas. The rooms were small and outdated, with subpar cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable, and the amenities were limited. Service was impersonal and slow. Staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to long wait times. The hotel's location, while central, was noisy due to nearby traffic. The receptionist girl was rude too much with no ability to speak English word... Check in take 30 minutes just for her stupidity and stupidity of who recruits her, when we met Manager Abo Saif he was also too much rude and no take any respect or help. For the price, I expected far better quality. Overall, a disappointing experience."

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfasts are continental style with plenty of juice, coffee and tea. Beds were too firm for us, woke with painful joints, also Internet was a bit hit and miss, it was very busy at times and this may have contributed. Overall we enjoyed the visit and would recommend the hotel for budget conscious travelers.

NICE STAFF, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE

All the staff was EXTREMELY nice, everyone made an extra effort for us to be happy and content.
Mahmoud, one of the staff happily helped us when we had an issue with our door and even left us a cute surprise in the room waiting for us. I would come here just to see these nice people again!!
The pillows were comfy and I slept like a baby.

Great hotel. The location is very near to downtown Aqaba and the main shopping/"nightlife" boulevard. The beach is also in walking distance although I would suggest a resort for a beach holiday as the city beach is rather dirty. Breakfast is good for Jordanian standards. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The only downside is that smoking and non-smoking rooms are not clearly distinguished, so you might end up with a smoking room when you do not explicitly tell the staff that you do want a non-smoking room. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. TV channels are plentiful with some in English.

We were a group of 19 people which was a bit “heavy” to serve on the same time. The Humus, Falafel and Labane were very good. It is Avery popular restaurant for the locals and a good place to get an Arab dishes.
